All My Sons Moving & Storage reviews
16FANTASTIC job! Eric and Charles were amazing! Much faster than expected, and service was awesome! Would definitely recommend to my friends or anyone in need of a move.
John Johnson, Jamal and charles these guys were wonderful and fast I will recommend them for any move!
Mike, Ty and Ralph were some of the best movers we’ve ever had. They showed up at 8am in the freezing cold, shoveled the snow from our walkways and got straight to work. They were polite, friendly and organized. There were several items I still hadn’t packed. They had all the supplies needed and made it super easy. The entire scheduling process with All My Sons was smooth and straightforward. They made sure to call and check in the morning of the move as well. Great company. Can’t recommend them enough.
Great customer service and prompt response. Tevyn and Phillip did the move quickly and efficiently. They were great to work with.
Eric & Charles did an amazing job! If I ever need another moving job, I will definitely hire All My Sons again! Faster than expected and service was awesome!
Eric and Charles are our absolute heroes! They were utterly professional, driven, kind, quick, and delivered on every possible expectation. One of the most difficult days of my life was made better by their service and skill. Highly recommend without reservation, you all rock!
Matt L and Tevyn were on time, great job, personable, polite and efficient. Treated all furniture with care. Great guys! Highly recommend for your move!
Wes's team (with Williams and Judah) did a fantastic job helping with my move and were very efficient. I had used another company previously, and it had taken them 6 hours to load our truck. All My Sons did it in 4 hrs (and they also wrapped all of our furniture, which the other company did not do). Their speed and thoroughness was top notch. Thanks guys!
Noor and Jason were extremely professional and helpful. It was wonderful working with them.
Had an INCREDIBLE experience with All Sons. Logan and Raphael were incredibly nice, kind and easy to work with. Because of them we had an incredibly efficient and great move. They even had to move with terrible weather conditions (35 degree weather and raining and pouring all day). Can’t recommend this team and this company enough!
I had a very poor experience with this company. After altering the previously upon price, they arrived an hour late to the appointment without appropriate tools. This led to a longer duration for the move and more cost. They refused to release my goods unless I paid. They also took 2 deposits of $100. I tried calling back on multiple occasions, but was placed on hold for a long duration. Very unprofessional.
Great professional communication. On time and polite. It was a small job but handled perfectly. I even think the price was very reasonable
The team and the two guys (Raunya and Garrett) were very nice and helpful. This is my second time using All My Sons when moving. Would use them again in the future.
I would give a 0 if I could. Was told it was going to be cheaper, never saw the refund. 2/3 people were friendly. The 3 one kept sitting on my bed, playing on phone, sitting on my steps, playing on his phone. They broke multiple items. Completely unhappy with the whole process. Manager was no help when I called, kept telling me he doesn’t see a refund we need issues even when the mover stood right in front of me and tried called the warehouse multiple times to refund the money and no one answered so he left. Now they magically don’t see a refund that’s needed. Would not recommend this company.
Very unprofessional company, I had a 2 hr 3hr tops, move that was stretched to 4hrs plus charged for more packing materials than I actually used and needed. I didn't have no beds, appliances moved. Just my dresser, night stand, tall dresser. My sons dresser with mirror, couch, love seat, dining set, 2 75 inch tvs, desk, outside grill. I was charged almost $900. And one of my tvs got broke. I have been trying to file a claim and I have got no response. I highly recommend no one use this company
John Johnson and Jamal were truly incredible - extremely professional and would absolutely hire them again. The 5 star review is for John and Jamal ONLY - NOT the company. If I was rating the company, it would be 0 stars.
We were told by the regional office and the local office that our estimate was ~$600; it was actually $1200. This is NOT a reflection on our movers - they were incredibly efficient and professional.
I do not feel that either office prepared us for this cost. We explained how much we had, what floor we were on and where we were moving to, etc. In fact, we told them SEVERAL times how much we had. Not once did the office explain an estimate higher than $600. Therefore, when it was time to pay and $1,200 came up - we were shocked to say the least.
Not to mention, some random trainer from the company showed up at our first destination … for what? I truly feel that both offices / everyone we spoke to prior to today absolutely understated the cost of this move. I felt as though it was a bait and switch type of situation.
The first person we spoke to back in late November/early December was from the regional office, and she talked this company up, saying she had moved with this company before and she didn’t expect our overall cost to be over $400. So we placed the $100 deposit.
Then, I spoke to several men from the actual Pittsburgh office on multiple different dates and our estimates were ~$500, then later ~$600. They (the office) “didn’t think it would take more than three hours of labor”. My partner and I were both skeptical about this, since we were moving from a 3rd floor one bedroom apartment into a single family standalone 2 story house. It took almost double that (which makes sense).
It’s not the cost that is an issue - it’s the fact that we were not prepared for this at all in any way, shape, or form. In fact, the local office kept saying “oh since you aren’t moving a baby grand piano or anything like that, it really shouldn’t be more than that $600”. We certainly do not own a baby grand piano.
If we had been prepared for this ahead of time, this would be a different story. Additionally, the Pittsburgh office is incredibly difficult to get ahold of. Throughout the last two months, I’ve tried calling 5 times - every single time I’m immediately put on a repeating hold and I’m unable to leave a message for call back. The only way to get ahold of the office is if I happen to be able to answer my phone when they call.
I’m finishing this off with a positive for our movers again - those two, specifically, have earned a 5 star review.
