The car washers welcomed me like a friend. Fast & friendly service. Job well done. Car looks beautiful.

The people who work here are unprofessional and do not value their customers. I waited over an hour because the belt was malfunctioning. I repeatedly asked the manager and several other workers for a refund as I did not have the time to continue to wait for them to fix the belt. They proceeded to dismiss me by ignoring me, walking past me, and telling me to wait. It wasn’t until maybe the sixth time that they returned my car keys to me and allowed me to leave. I wasted over an hour of my time and was unable to get my car washed. The employees did not apologize once for the inconvenience. I was a customer for several years and I will not be returning. Also, whenever I used to purchase the wash that included cleaning of the interior console, the job was never done. I would receive attitude whenever I asked them to clean it even though that was what I paid for.

Really clean car. I had dog hair and dirt and mud all inside my vehicle. Got the managers special and these boys went to WORK on my car! Damn near “detailed” level of clean in like 10 minutes! Will def be back next time I’m in the area. And there’s a gas station across the street if you are just doing all sorts of nice stuff for your car.

Very nice wash. Good prices. It takes a little longer for a full wash, but only because of a detailed prewash by hand. Good customer service.

Paid $12 to have the inside of the vehicle vacuumed and detailed the inside was never touched with a vacuum.

This is for the owner of this company if you think customer opinion don’t matter you’re very wrong. For what I have read you lost a customer that NEVER had visit your establishment and NEVER Will. Customer cone first and for what I read I saw lot of un -satisfied customer. This is why lot of business close there door Cause YOU SUCK AT YOUR WORK.

Terrible customer service and sloppy cleaning job.
I misunderstood that the middle car wash I paid for didn’t wash the undercarriage. I came back immediately and asked if they could add that and I could pay for the difference. They said they had to charge me again for the full job. They meant basic plus a couple more dollars. I thought they meant another 17 so I said that was different than what the guy outside said. The lady at the counter actwd like I was lying and was rude. She said she had no time for this and told me not to come back. Added pictures of her for horrible customer service. On top of that they did a sloppy job. Turns out if you want a clean car you need to pay for details. They told me so when I pointed out the below spots.

I have frequented this business several times, but each time beyond the initial visit has been worse; waiting for someone to write up the ticket to pay inside took a bit, but it's cold and they are busy so no big tragedy, but the whole backseat was not vacuumed and it is clearly covered in dog hair, leftover from a recent day out with my dogs. The windows were wiped (on multiple occassions) with dirty rags and it has left a film that I cannot get off on the interior side, and they did not really dry the
outside because the rags were wet so the windows are smeary.
I was going to see about brakess and an oil change, but I think after several chances and poor work, pushing me on every visit to procure higher costing cleaning services and failing to do the minimum hasd me feeling that it's time to forego paying for shoddy work snd stood jokes about cist.

Too long to explain but they need to work on the way they talk to people and not to expect first time customers to know that you have to pay inside.

The exterior wash does not include cleaning the rims.are the rims on the interior? I believe the tire rims are on the exterior side of the car. I didn’t want the vacuuming done inside the car on my white leather seats using the black plastic vacuum head that just vacuumed the floor of the previous car. I washed my rims before I left their driveway while they watched. And yes, I did leave a tip for the attendants.

New management has this place Running like a well oiled machine! I’ve been going here for about 3 1/2 years now and this past two years have been the best-

Took my new truck here. Good job cleaning up. Brushes didn't scratch finish at all. Nice job fellas.

Ruined my car!

I got a buff and wax from there (black car). The next day when the sun came up you can see streak marks and swirls everywhere! Much, much worse than before.
I took it back and talked to the manager, he was like “this is the shine, it’s supposed to look like that”
They do not know the first thing about cleaning cars!

Stay away from this place. These guys are crooks. Went in on Sunday for detailing of the inside of my car. There was a sign posted on the fence - $75 to clean and shampoo inside of car. Attendant told me they were too busy that day and asked me if I could come back later in the week, particularly in the morning. Adjusted my schedule to come back on Tuesday morning, called ahead of time and asked if I could come in. Manager told me it was ok to come in at 9 am. Brought my car in at 9 am on Tuesday. Someone asked me if they could help me when I pulled up. I asked for the $75 shampoo and cleaning of inside of my car, pointing to the sign. The guy looked in my car and made a nasty face and pointed me to another attendant. I pulled my car up, the other attendant (same guy from Sunday) walks up and looks at the inside of my car. Makes a nasty face and tells me it's going to be $150 to clean the inside of my car. I ask why and he says that my car is dirty. Which strikes me as funny because the reason that I'm bringing my car to be cleaned is because it's dirty. You don't go to a car wash with an already clean car. But it's there right to adjust the price of their service based on the amount of work it might take them to clean the car. My problem was there are no obvious metrics upon which he made this decision, he just came up with a number. Second, there is nothing posted on their pricing stating that they will adjust the price of $75 based on how dirty they think the car is. I asked to speak to the manager and expressed my complaint about the incorrect posting of their pricing. He got upset with me, restating the obvious that my car was dirty. I told him that he and his attendant had wasted my time. If they had a posting on their pricing that they would adjust the price based on how dirty they think the car is, then I would have asked on Sunday how much the cost would be to clean my car and made the decision not to come back. They try to lure you in with one price and then adjust it based on no obvious metrics. Stay away from this place. These guys are both disreputable and disrespectful to their customers.
