Staff was exceptional, we were looking to upgrade my grandson from a 50 to a bigger trail bike. They were very patient and explained everything to him, we ended up buying a new kx110, and he loves it. Highly recommend this dealership!

I got a chance to take part in this demo today. I wanted to sign up for both ninja 400 and 600 but I could signup only 400 since their policy allows only one sign up at a time and we can sign up for other bike only after our 1st bike demo is completed and if it is still available. I showed up late and also they were planning to do early closing so no way for me
to try the 600. I was very serious about buying 400 or 600 and I want to try both so I explained this to their staff and they were very kind and helped me to accommodate in their schedule. It was really a big favor and this demo helped me a lot to choose which one is better for me. I really want to say a big thank you to these amazing staff

Final note - decided to buy ninja 600.

Just made my second purchase from them today. First I purchased two Polaris Phoenix 200 4 wheelers around Christmas time and then in January I ordered a Ranger Northstar 1000 and I picked that up today. Highly recommend for any motorcycle, street bike, four wheeler, side-by-side, etc. I worked with Sue both times and she is absolutely amazing! Would definitely recommend her to anybody! She made the entire process very easy, she had great follow up and was able to answer every question that I had. We’ll definitely be purchasing other units from them in the future!

Worst customer service ive ever seen. I had a trade in AND cash if needed for a machine and instead of just telling me it was pending or sold in person they kept dodging my questions and I found out ONLINE it sold after 2 days of calling and asking about it when I could've pursued other options. Disgusting customer service and ill be sure not to recommend to my friends in the area.

Sue is a gem! We've been shopping around for a new side-by-side, and Sue wins the prize for being the most helpful and informative, helping us compare our options. Best shopping experience A+

Wonderful and informative staff. Went in to just look at motorcycle helmets for the wife and ended up walking out with one. Parts guy, don’t remember his name, made sure we had the right fit for her and just through conversation gleaned that it would be for a daily commute so recommended the modular design. A little more pricey but exactly what she was looking for. Will definitely be back.

My 2020 kawasaki has been there since August because i laid it over an figuered i would take to this shop but of course wrong idea. I get phone call today 10/13.i would have gotten bike back today but found more parts that needed. Wouldnt u take the bike apart first to assess everything before ordering parts. Just venting an not happy at all the way this goin

We walked in and we were greeted by several people. We worked with Sue to purchase a pre-owned bike. She was extremely nice and knowledgeable. We also spoke with other employees, Joe I believe, and they were all very nice. You don't get the pushy salesman vibe at this place like other shops we recently stopped at. They have fair pricing and double-check all paperwork to make sure everything is correctly written up. I will definitely purchase them in the future.

Bought a polaris rzr pro xp in March, great sales experience. Since I didn't live nearby, everything went smooth from the time I was interested in the side by side, to financing it, and at the time I picked up the unit.

Service is excellent, Reggie treats people the way he'd like his family to be treated, they literally saved my summer road trip - quickly diagnosed my issues, overnighted parts, fixed the problem

I had a great experience at this dealership. The service department took care of some repairs promptly that another dealer couldn't fix. I would definitely recommend them for sales or service. I bought a new sportsman in 2015. Sue did an awesome job in sales.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with finding all the parts I needed to get my bike back on the road even though they're pretty much an off-road shop and even had tires I needed in stock for my motorcycle and what they didn't have in stock they ordered for me

From start to finish my husband and I received superior customer service. Always professional w/enough personalization to make us feel we made the right choice and our business was was much appreciated. Bought our 1st Atv in 2009 here and now our newest in 2022. Wouldn’t consider purchase or service anywhere else! Even with a change in ownership, the team rocks!

I had no idea that its a busy Season to repair my four wheeler.
I have not resolved the fuel issue yet.
I need it fixed.
I am slightly feeling like they need to be more open with the situation an when their repair turnaround is.
