Dr. Dawn is amazing! She helped me with my back and knee when I could barely walk a few feet. Now, I'm able to walk 3 miles in one go. She is kind and takes time to talk to her patients. Dr Dawn really cares about your health and is on her patient's side. She has done more for me than I would've ever thought any doctor would do for me. TOTALLY RECOMMEND!

So glad we decided to switch to Dr Dawn for our care in Brackenridge and Dr Zak is a great help in the Sarver office.call them today

I would give Dr. Dawn and her team 10 stars if I could. I started seeing Dr. Dawn about six weeks ago as a last resort for debilitating plantar fasciitis that I have struggled with for 3.5 years. After a few weeks of treatment and I’m beyond thrilled to be able to return to baseline activities, including my first run in well over two years! Dr. Dawn truly hears her patients and takes their concerns seriously. I’m constantly amazed at the positive impact of their care!

Dr. Dawn has helped me out on numerous occasions when I've been dealing with neck pain (even somewhat debilitating at times). She is both gentle and firm when adjusting me, and I always feel safe & cared for in her hands. I'd highly recommend her services!

To say that Dr. Dawn has saved my life us NO exaggeration! I had seen countless Dr's for my various chronic health issues with no improvement or relief. I'd given up on wasting my money on Dr's who couldn't help until I moved to Natrona heights. I researched local Chiropractors and thoroughly went over all the reviews. I gave Dr. Dawn try and I was astounded she knew all but ALL my complicated issues, why nothing ever worked before AND how to improve all of it! My husband and I have been seeing Dr Dawn and Dr Zach since 2019. Our 6mo daughter is now also a patient of Dr Dawn's, who is certified to treat newborns and infants, in addition to her other certifications. For 5mo, our baby had been struggling with gas and reflux-every single bottle lead to 1-2oz of projectile vomiting and a few hours of crying/screaming until finally passing large amounts of gas. During our first appointment, Dr Dawn gave us a diagnosis of torticollis, which is extremely common in infants, and we chose a treatment plan of 1 adjustment per week for 4 weeks. After that first appointment, there was already a noticeable improvement during and after mealtimes. Now that we've completed our 4 adjustments, she is able to pass gas like any regular human being and spit up is very minimal, if at all. We've also noticed that she's now sleeping through the night as well, coincidence or comfortable? She has done a complete 180° and we're all so incredibly grateful. We will continue to monitor and maintain as needed.

Thinking about a newborn or infant getting a spinal adjustment is quite terrifying. One thing we learned is that the amount of pressure used to adjust an infant is the same amount of pressure used to check the ripeness of an avocado. I can say that our daughter, now 6mo, was smiles and giggles through all of her appointments and ready for a good nap after. It turns out that there was absolutely NOTHING scary about any of the treatments, and if I could go back in time, we would have gone forward with treatment much sooner.

I've been to several chiropractors for back pain. Dr. Dawn and Dr. Zack are the only ones who have helped me feel better. Highly recommend
