Absolutely the best in the business. I had to have a custom walk-in installed in a small, difficult old Pittsburgh basement. Bob P.came and measured it, talked to the manufacturer, came back to measure, talked to them again, came back to measure.he's a perfectionist, and it is *perfect. * The installation team was fantastic. They constructed a strong metal shielding over a drain pipe they thought might get run over by kegs going into the cooler, even though it wasn't really part of their installation. These guys are who you want to work with. Any large equipment I need, I'm calling Bob P.

We are a small cafe that opened up in Butler less than a months ago. Today I came into the shop to find that the fridge we bought off a second hand shop was not keeping temperature. I was absolutely devastated and had to shut down. My mom was searching for a new fridge and stumbled upon Allegheny Refrigeration and let me tell you they more than saved the day! Not only are they a super friendly family owned shop but they also helped us pick out what would work best for us and worked with our budget as a very new small business! We went down there to see the fridge and meet with them around 1: 30pm and they had the fridge delivered and install by 6pm! Brett was absolutely amazing and helped us get the fridge in our very stubborn doorway. I can’t recommend this company enough!

Great service! We needed our commercial ice machine looked at as it wasn't running correctly. We run a full-time food truck drive-thru in Kittanning so I was pleased when they said they could accommodate our needs as we don't have a storefront. I described to Scott, the repair guy what was happening and he was able to get the parts before making the trip. As soon as he arrived he got right to work and had the water pump replaced in no time. He waited for it to run its first cycle to make sure it was running correctly before leaving. Very pleased with the overall experience and looking forward to continued business in the future.

Scheduled an appointment over a week ago. Was told that I would receive a call on Monday to confirm a time for my Thursday appointment. No call. I called this company twice on the the day of my appointment to get a status or a window of time. I was told "it is too hard for us to scheduled timed appointments" after waiting all day for someone to show up.

There could not be a better company to work with in this industry. This is simply a “one call and it’s taken care of” type of organization. This is the only company that I would even consider using for restaurant equipment service and sales. The service technicians are timely, reasonable, and far beyond experts at what they do.
