4Superb. Had an emergency where I needed a metric hydraulic seal. Local suppliers required commercial accounts in order to do business and it was a very difficult to find part. Found it on your excellent website. Ordered a couple seals on Sunday night. They were here in NC by Thursday and got me back going. I agree with other reviewers that the unknown shipping cost is a bit nerve-wracking but when you need something, you need something:). Chose default USPS priority and shipping was just under $10, which is reasonable. Would have been nice to have estimates so I could pick the lowest cost shipping option (there were >10 options) but overall, great, 5 stars.
