Great staff, arrived without a delivery appt, worked me in fast, was out within an hour
I went in as a temp warehouse associate. I was instructed to go to a specific dock door to work on product. Several full time people when asked by supervisor specifically said they would not train. I was given no instruction. I had to figure out what was going on from the 1 or 2 other temps that had been there longer than a couple of days, observation and asking questions. There were clearly more temp associates than were needed. Towards the end of the day when working with some full time associates all they did was complain that the temps knew nothing. Heavy lifting in very cold environment. Pre-shift stretching was minimal and closer to the speed of calisthenics. Temporary associates have a separate break room from full time employees. Pros? Free bottled water. A couple of friendly temps that had clearly been there a while.
