Allentown/Bethlehem Pediatric Dental Associates reviews
8This place do not care about patients I took my daughter to get a cleaning and the staff was rude. The two hygienists that took care of my daughter were very rude and did not know anything about customer care one of the was asking me questions did not wait for me answer and she was in a Rush did not explain the procedure and she was mean when I told her that she was supposed to wait for me answer and explain me what she was doing with me daughter.she told me that If do not like the place I can go somewhere else plus I was disrespectful because I told her she wasn’t the owner she was just an employee. I did request another hygienist and she gave the wrong x rays to the doctor and the doctor told me that my daughter need a crown I said how come because they did not took any x rays the I ask for a manager they couldn’t get me in touch with the manger first they said that she wasn’t not In the office then they gave a phone number from another dental office from the same owners and they did not help me at all. This office is a shady place because nobody is in charge of the employees and the employees do wherever they want. Thank Good nothing bad happened to my daughter because this is the place they can kill a patient and they will hide everything and give not answers.
Only dentist my children have ever been to that they don't mind going to. The staff are so patient and handle children wonderfully. Would recommend to anyone especially anyone whose children may be fearful of a dentist like my youngest used to be.
They have gone from a friendly family dentist to a money making business. The dentist attempted to get me to make another appointment to fill a 3rd cavity as my son was in the chair for two fillings. In addition, they wanted to use nitrous oxide to sedate him because he was a little nervous, in no way thrashing or out of control. I feel as if part of their job is to try and make the kids feel comfortable without the use of anesthetics.
I loved the hygienists and the doctor but the front desk is horrible! Grouchy as ever and for the past 2 months I have been calling and was leaving voicemails to call me back to schedule my kids and no answer, no return calls, now it just buzzed busy. There is no way to get in touch with these people so I will be taking my kids elsewhere this is ridiculous!
We miss Dr Matt but Dr Devin has really been amazing in treating our 3 year old daughter. She actually looks forward to her dental visits.
Everyone is very nice everytime we go. My son been going here for 4 to 5 years.everyone very profesional.
Their care declined after Dr. Matt leaving. The receptionist is also one of the rudest people I've ever met and extremely lazy to put it lightly. We will be moving dentists ASAP.
So my kids been going here since 2016 up until now, during this COVID19 My kids had an appointment that was in July WHICH WAS CANCEL ON THEIR END DUE TO THE CORONAVIRUS, NOW I TRIED TO RESCHEDULE BECAUSE I FELT SINCE EVERYTHING IS SLOWLY OPENING UP THIS WOULD BE THE TIME TO LET THEM GET SEEN, THAT FRONT DESK IS HORRIBLE ESPECIALLY WHEN IT COMES TO COMMUNICATION THERE IS ONE NASTY LADY IN THERE THAT HAS A VERY I MEAN VERY NASTY ATTITUDE, I ALWAYS LOOK PASS THAT BECAUSE THE SERVICE THERE WAS NEVER MY PROBLEM, IF I GIVE THIS PLACE A ZERO JUST FOR THE FRONT DESK CUSTOMER SERVICE I WILL. BUT YA'LL NEED TO FIRE THAT FRONT DESK AND GET ALL NEW ONES OR IF THEY HATE THEIR JOBS QUIT, I'M QUITE SURE SOMEONE WILL LOVE TO HAVE THEIR JOBS.
