Purchased a complete appliance package for a rental property with the awesome help of the sales associate, Cheryl. She was the best in finding quality appliances to fit our budget. She took her time with us and also found and shared two rebates! Also, the delivery team of Tyler and Juan was so impressive.the BEST we ever had! Extremely polite and courteous. Tyler took the time to explain the installation of the washer and dryer stack along with specific hoses to purchase. How refreshing to have knowledgeable people who know about the products they are selling and delivering! Amazing! Will be back again and again! Thank you Allentown Appliance!

and Bill and Tyler and Juan were fantastic and did a great job! Very satisfied…! Cheryl was our salesperson and she was also great and very helpful and knowledgeable! Excellent experience all around!

Had a Kitchen Aid Dishwasher installed this morning. The experience of dealing with Allentown Appliance was a most pleasant one. The sales person Ed — was knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly. The price competitive. The delivery guys were exceptional in respecting our home — we are fussy older folks. The person who installed the dishwasher was one of the happiest people we have come across in a long time. We will be buying all future appliances from Allentown Appliance.

I wanted to buy a washer @ a reputable store w/ outstanding service, & this store beats all the others by a long shot. Even tho my spouse said he'd rather go to Lowe's, he changed his mind when we got to Allentown Appliance & Ed waited on us giving us a deal on a GE Smart Washer. Fast forward to Black Friday, today, Bob & Mike brought in the new washer, set it up and connected it perfectly & took our old one with them in a matter of 35 minutes. When you want quality, a competitive sale price, & knowledgable men & women who go the extra mile to satisfy their customers, then this place is for you!

Horrible customer service. They promise you an appliance, fill out the paperwork, and later refuse to honor the deal they put on paper. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

If you want clear information about kitchen or laundry appliances of all kinds from experienced, knowledgeable sales people, this is the place to go. They are currently in late 2022 affected by supply chain issues. But they won't yank a customer's chain. They check to see what is available before selling you an item. Local vendor, not a chain. Plenty of parking on the side of the building and also street parking.

Absolutely the best experience ever! Ed has incredible expertise. His attention to detail and making sure you order everything you need is such a huge help! And best of all especially in this new world of construction taking so long he is really really nice! Sometimes that’s all you need. Someone who understands. Shop small because then you actually get to talk to a person like Ed!

Bought a Speed Queen washer and dryer. Also got a fridge that was on sale. Staff is very knowledgeable and customer service after the sale was excellent. I will never buy another appliance from lowes or Home Depot again, it’s Allentown appliance from here on out.

They are knowledgeable and courteous. They took the time to answer our questions and help us choose the right appliance for our needs.

We purchased our new dishwasher from Allentown Appliance. Sales staff was knowledgeable, friendly and in no way pushy. Felt like we got a great deal - $150 less than anything we could find advertised. Delivery was great - the guys knew what they were doing and did it quickly.

Just had our new refrigerator delivered and we couldn't be happier. Bob and Mike were the most professional delivery guys I've ever dealt with. We've had awful experiences buying from Lowes in the past so this was refreshing. They laid down sheets to keep our house clean and quickly installed and explained everything. Salesman Al was extremely easy to work with too. We will definitely be back when our washer/dryer needs to be replaced and love supporting a local business rather than the big box stores

Had exactly what I needed, a refrigerator, at a great price. Screw box stores. Just go, nuff said.

My new washer and dryer just arrived and they were worth waiting for. The delivery people, Juan & Tyler couldn't have been more helpful. I will be using Allentown Appliance for any future purchases.

I was originally told to check them out because the service was so amazing but the prices might be on the higher end. Turns out they were much cheaper for my dishwasher than Lowe’s and Home Depot for the same model and the service was exceptional. The installers were extremely nice and helpful even going above and beyond to fix the cabinet the dishwasher was going into free of charge. HIGHLY recommend!

I was somewhat disappointed with the service I received from Allentown Appliance. I ordered all new kitchen appliances plus a washer and dryer last fall. (Kitchen Renovation) As we all know, Covid put delays on manufacturing and shipping, so we waited quite a bit for our appliances. I know that the manufacturing and shipping delays were not the fault of Allentown Appliance.

Before expressing my disappointment, I will say upon talking to Al in December, he did provide me with a loaner oven/stove so I would be able to cook at bake at Christmas, since that appliance was not going to arrive on time. This is the type of customer focus I expected based on the recommendations I had received that led me to make my purchase here.

What I was disappointed with was their lack of proactiveness. I would have thought that with all of the delays, they would have made regularly scheduled update calls or emails just to stay in contact with their customers. Each month I had to call them to get an update. The update was often "it looks like 4 weeks, but no guarantees. " Month after month. Once I called about the final appliance we were waiting on, and was told they had 9 coming in, and the orders would be filled in order, so if I was among the first 9 on their list of 36 people waiting, I would get a call. When I asked, I was told she could not see where I was on the waiting list. I did get the feeling when I called in a few times that we had been bumped down the line. And as I read the reviews here, it seems like there are many happy customers who, despite all the delays I experienced, had limited delays.

I don't expect to need a new appliance anytime soon, since we have replaced them all. So, I cannot say if I would shop here again or recommend them without reservation.

We cannot speak highly enough about our experience with Allentown Appliance! We were calling around multiple places to find a dishwasher bc the style we were looking for seems to be hard to find. We originally were looking for scratch and dent places to save some money and even though they do not sell scratch and dent appliances we went there bc of how nice Cheryl was on the phone. We are so glad we did, she was wonderful! She answered all our questions, took the time to go over all our options (some we didn’t even know we had as options). Ultimately we got a great deal on a brand new dishwasher that exceeded what we were looking for. We definitely would come back to AA for our next appliance purchase and I will be recommending them to everyone!
