The dealership did bait and switch on me. I inquired about Kia Sportage Hybrid, and they told me there are no markups. I drove 2 hrs to get there, and was told there is $7k markup and gave me 20% value less than CarMax for my trade-in. I highly recommend staying away from this dealership.

Fernand was amazing with us. He worked with us throughout the whole process and understood exactly what I was looking for. He made sure to make me leave out the door with exactly what I wanted no matter what it took. We planned to look at different cars throughout the day but Fernand was our first stop and gave us such an amazing experience it turned into a one stop shop. He values the relationship he builds with his customers over any time of monetary value. One of the best salesman I have ever had pleasure of doing business with.

They’ll be great to sell a car to you. However, beware before you sign any paperwork because prices discussed might not me the same.
Also, brand new car it’s been in the dealership 3 months (AC stopped working) and they will ignore all your messages and calls.

Neelo was honestly great. Quick to give me my driver license back so I didn’t feel stuck at the dealership. Were patient with me and my wife and three kids. Gave me numbers before even running my credit so I didn’t take any unnecessary hard hits if they numbers wasn’t right for me. Very willing to let us test drive any vehicle we liked. Great experience

STAY AWAY buyer beware Allentown Kia says one thing and does another. We purchased a Kia Sedona about 3 years ago agreed to one set of terms and the final terms were different. Just recently they mailed a promotional offer filled with more lies to get us in the door. After they gave us numbers we walked out went to Gateway Kia and got a better car for almost half the payment. FIND A DIFFERENT KIA DEALER take the drive it is well worth it.
