Booked the trip. They claim they call the day of the trip to confirm, which is a lie, they do not call. This tactic is used to take people money. The staff and drivers are very rude, and unprofessional and say one did not pay when I have a receipt proving. I'm done with all! Never again!

NEVER TRAVEL WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU LEAVE AT LEAST 2 OR 3 HOURS IN ADVANCE. I booked with them and they told me that I had to pay in advance if I wanted to pay by zelle to reserve my spot. Page in advance. They told me repeatedly to be at the meeting point at 2: 45 pm because I am going to the airport and I specified it several times and asked if I was going to arrive on time and they swore that I would. Right now it's 3: 40 pm and there's no sign of them anywhere. I have called twice and they still tell me yes, they will call me in a little while to tell me that they are on their way, not even to tell me that they are here. I would like to know, if I miss my flight, will they refund me the money for my flight? Or are they going to find a ridiculous excuse not to do it? Because if they can't meet the schedule or won't be on time, they can say so and I'll look for another option. I tell you that if you go with a schedule commitment. ZERO RECOMMENDED at all. Even if they go early, just because of the time they have to wait and the irresponsibility, I will NEVER book with Allentown transportation again. Don't do it either if you don't want to have a bad time and get quite stressed.

The service from NY to Pennsylvania was excellent, Saint Nicholas (Office) but from Pennsylvania to NY the service was horrible. The employees and drivers yell at you, they lie to you, they don't agree when it comes to giving excuses. On August 28, the driver yelled at me on the phone twice. One because I was late, when I was instructed to be at the Hamilton Ave Office at 12: 30pm, and when I arrived at the parking lot I called to let them know that I was there (12: 18), they told me that the bus would be there in 15 minutes. I waited there and received another call from the driver yelling at me, telling me that he was going to leave me, to which I told him, annoyed, that I was there. He didn't even apologize. They are already apparently used to Tulane to bad people. On September 11, I make a reservation for the 2pm trip, they tell me to be at the office at 12: 30, I get there at 12: 15, and guess what? I call to inform that I was already in the place and to make the Payment; and they tell me that the bus left. They would call me in 15 minutes to see how I would resolve it, I had to call them, the one who answered told me that they called me 8 times, that liar. I had to stay in PA and travel the next day with a relative of my friend. I made a “complaint” with a “supervisor” named “Nelson”, he told me that the main office was in Providence and that the general manager was called Vinicio Martinez, but that he would take the complaint, which I did, he agreed to call me and I'm still waiting. Terrible customer service. Waiting for my call log to request from my phone company will show that they did not call me and that I am not at the wrong company. Ok Allentown Transportation owner.

Allentown Transportation has faced issues with inappropriate behavior by its drivers, which negatively affects women. Also, its dispatch service has been poor, causing delays and passenger dissatisfaction.

The best transport company I have used in a long time, thanks to everyone for making my day. I see several short reviews about this transport, which makes me a little strange, maybe friends of the rivals. Don't take the haters, just travel with them and you'll see.

45 minutes waiting at the gas station when they say 6 a.m. To 6: 15 a.m, and they arrive at 6: 47 a.m, and as for a change, the bad telephone service they always have.

But they don't bother to call and let them know that they are late. And they justify the 45 minute delay with a: they have to wait.leaves a lot to think about

Their customer service sucks, I called twice to get a reservation for the next day and the man who answered was so rude both times I called. I would never call there again.

The company is quite good in the sense of service and attention, there are almost no complaints I can recommend it if you need to travel to Allentown Bethlehem to Easton they do not enter they leave you at the gas station like Bethlehem after 6 pm and NYC always They leave you at the train station, with an additional cost they take you to certain places in New York

This company has a bad service, my aunt was going from Allentown to NY and she called the day before, even at 10: 30 pm to confirm the trip at 9: 00 am and they told her that yes, it was confirmed. Then the next day my aunt saw that they didn't call her and she called at 8: 30 a.m. And they told her to be on the lookout because they were going to call her and so she waited until 10: 00 a.m. And she didn't receive any calls and then she called to ask if they were not going to look for her and they simply told her that she no longer had a bus and that she had to wait 4 hours for the next bus. Very bad service and they did not try to help her so that she did not lose her trip

They are soooo unorganized. I spoke to 4 different dudes, all had a different answer. And stoled money from me. Please beware of this company. They will charge you, and not even have your seats available, then play dumb and all of a sudden doesn’t know know who charged you. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

The manager from this company who I couldn't get a name to but I was told was a Manger is an animal. We had a young teen coming from NY to allentown who fell asleep on the bus and they didn't care to wake him up and just drive around with him on the van. If we wouldn't have called they would of took him back to ny! Unceptable!

Very bad experience. Especially the people who answer the phone talk to you as if we were traveling for free. He doesn't have a shred of education. I do not recommend this company
