People are very friendly, I like the atmosphere, the attitude and the attention goog job ladies.

I had a wonderful experience at Allentown Vision Center today. The staff were helpful and kind. The optometrist answered all of my questions and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. The place itself was immaculate, very clean and organized. I highly recommend Allentown vision center. Thank you!

Wasn’t the best like it was every other time… first thing was I go there about a week ago to see if they take my insurance and the lady told me yes we do and i said great.then i made a appointment like two days ago to come in then my appointment was today and I go in I tell the lady that I have a different insurance then she asks me what kind I have I tell her then she tells me oh we don’t take that then I said how if I came a week ago and the other lady said we do take it … then after me telling her that she says let me see then magically she tells me yes we do.smh which one is it yes or no… then i tell her my insurance covers certain things and I wanted this one thing on my glasses she says that my insurance doesn’t cover it and I tell her yes it does literally I called my insurance and talked to them and they told me yes I do have coverage what the supervisor told me from my insurance company is that they should have called to verify it because the policies changed last year now she didn’t do her job correctly at the vision center because she should have called the insurance to verify what I was saying and told me to have a great day and cut me off to talk to the next customer very professional

First of all, love the new office. Customer service great, all the staff very friendly and professional. I really want to thank Dr. Dalton for being wonderful, caring person, and he is an amazing doctor, very professional. I have being his patient for over 20 years, and my family too. Thanks Dr. Dalton and the staff.

My visit for Eye Exam and new glasses was on Monday, 2/29/2023. Every one who worked with me was so knowledgeable and courteous. My eye exam with Dr Tara Kays was very thorough (and I would recommend her to anyone!). I tried on 4 pairs of glasses, but the first 2 became mine.so pretty! I can't wait for them to be ready! Overall, this was a wonderful experience. If you are in the market for new glasses, and don't mind the hustle and bustle of Center City Allentown, then this is a great place to consider. Another year. Another awesome visit. Love allentown vision center. We've been going there for many years now and have always been well taken care of by the staff. It's really nice to go in there and the staff remember your name and face.

This is a very unprofessional place I've been waiting for my glasses for almost 2 months and every time I ask them a question they give me a different answer I am an elderly woman my insurance even called them and they are still not doing what they're supposed to It is very unfair the way they are treating me and I would like to talk to someone in charge of the Allentown vision center cause this is very wrong what they are doing to me

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They made my 6 yr old very comfortable when it came to her exam and trying on glasses.

They are very thorough when they check your vision. And a very friendly atmosphere. I will keep getting my vision checked there.

Always a friendly and professional staff. Dr. Dalton is never in a rush and carefully explains everything to you during your exam. Best in the Valley and surrounding area!

Very friendly staff and the service is great because my frames were factory defected and they took the responsibility to replace them at no additional charge although they were insured and it could have costed a fee they took in consideration that defective products are covered by factory warranty and not the responsibility of the patient to provide copay.

I was scheduled to be seen at 10: 00 these people haven't call my name yet. Its way pass 10: 00.

I was a little skeptical at first (only because it was a new place for me and I didn't know what to expect) but everyone was so kind and helpful. Both the woman who gave me the eye exam (Alba), and Dr. Kays who gave me the contact exam, were both very friendly and knowledgeable. I am very pleased with my experience. I will definitely be coming back.

I've been to Allentown Vision Center for over 20 years. Never had any issues until today. The office manager Kathy has no customers service skills. They need to explain the terms of the insurance frame. If they're going to charge for insurance for frames make sure your employees can fix the frames before trying to charge you for new frames. Don't get the insurance frames! It's a scam for more money.
