Allergy & Clinical Immunology Associates, Pittsburgh PA

I only chose to go here because it is. 4miles from my house, but after how I was treated during my visit, and the calls with the staff I will not be back. The nurses are rude when you call in tears unable to breathe due to allergies, the front desk people don’t know what they’re doing and just keep repeating the same stuff over and over. The only person who was kinda to me were the research department people.

Great staff. Really care and take the time to provide one on one patient care. Highly recommend and I have referred friends and colleagues.

Dr. DeAngelo was very friendly and ready to listen to the issues I’ve been having. The nursing staff shows patience. I’ve never had an issue with their hours of injections nor had any issue with waiting too long like some others have. Also, I don’t blame them for not storing the serum like someone else mentioned, I could only imagine the size of fridge the office would need to house every single patients vials. They’d need a whole separate facility! I don’t mind carrying in a couple small boxes each time and my fridge is never that full anyways so theirs alway room in mine.

Absolutely disgusted with this place. You are supposed to get shots till 11: 30 and yes I was running alittle late but I scanned my card at 11: 29 and was told they are done. Just drove an hour to get a shot that takes 2 seconds and got turned down. Horrible service!
