Allied Eye Care, Doylestown PA

I have been a patient at allied eye care for 3 years. I showed up yesterday 10 minutes late to my appointment and was handed a binder to fill out. The office manager 2 minutes later came out, talked about me like I wasn’t there, and told the receptionist she would have to reschedule me because I was 12 minutes late. I was offered the option to reschedule weeks later even though I was in the office. I declined the offer and scheduled a new patient appointment elsewhere. Not sure what happened to their patient care standards since transitioning to myeyedoctor.

They tried to charge me $185 for an eye exam plus $75 for the "contact exam" which was obviously the same thing. Acted like they were giving me a deal by knocking it down to $90 for the exam, charged an extra $32 for a random test I didn't get told was extra, then tricked me into suggesting buying a years worth of contacts from them. "That will be $600" they said. Who walks into an eye Dr expecting to pay $600? Needless to say I only bought the exam but omg. Will not return. Dr. Patel and Helen were extremely nice but not worth the prices.

Nothing positive to say in the last year. The doctors and original staff were great but “My Eye Dr” has ruined any positive experience. The staff is now untrained, rude, and unprofessional. You’re no longer treated like a patient.

One star is too much. This is the second time we've made an appointment online and they haven't honored it. The only reason we made the second appointment was because it was the only place available only to find out they wouldn't honor it. They are rude and they are a mess with their paperwork. If you do get in they try to overcharge you. DON't Schedule appointments online because they won't honor them!

Dr. Gotlieb is the greatest eye doctor that has ever walked this Earth. Every time I visit for a check up, he is always showering me with knowledge he has acquired through his years of experience. It seems as though he is always improving his skills and is extremely passionate about his profession. I won't let any other human look inside my pupils for as long as I live. Also, love the ladies at the front - always greeting you with enthusiasm and providing a very positive atmosphere. If you are reading this review, please call Allied Eye Care immediately without hesitation no matter what you're doing and get in there for an appointment to see for yourself!

Absolutely Wonderful Staff and Doctor Gotlieb is very patient and caring. He took time and was not rushing.and Did not force any sales. I would be recommending this place to all my friends.
