Very professional and quick to get my appraisal done. Tony did my initial inspection and walked me through the whole house giving me really valuable feedback about it. He was super polite and made me feel comfortable at all times. After the fact, I needed a termite inspection to complete my FHA requirements, there was some back and forth on the phone because the call wasn’t connecting for some reason. Ryan from Viper Pest (their associate) reached out to me via email and was able to correct the issue that day, again super helpful! Brock was phenomenal! My husband and I are first time home buyers and I went to the inspection alone since he travels for work and couldn't be there. As a first time homebuyer I was not aware of the many details that you should be aware of regarding the state of your home. I was very happy to have called Allied to come and handle our inspection.
