It's been a pleasure getting to know Kristin Rutowski! She is kind and thoughtful and really takes the time to get to know you as a person and what you need. She is also very inquisitive and asks great questions to further get you help that you may not have known you needed. If you're looking for staffing help, I would talk to Kristin for sure.

Allied helped me get my first job right out of college, a temp to hire position, finding a place I would fit in. Christy and Grace were great, checking in on how the job was going and helping to pursue other positions in the company.

Allied Personnel Services is the best agency that I have dealt with by far. They are always available if you need to speak to someone about anything whether it be pay, time off, difficulty with time cards, etc. I worked with them for about a year and a half and never had a bad experience with them during that time. Recently they helped me with a non-contract opportunity and we’re extremely helpful in the process and I am very grateful to have worked with them. It’s hard to name names because there were so many helpful people at the agency but Rachel was very helpful during my last contract position with them and Erin and Deana were very helpful in helping me find a new position recently.

I am so grateful for this company! I was working towards my degree while working two jobs and was ready to put my degree to use. At first, job hunting was daunting and I was scared it would be months before I found something. I ended up applying online as well as emailing my resume and got a call back quite quickly. The team at Allied interviewed me and reviewed my resume to see where I would fit best, called me every week or less with jobs I might be interested in (keeping in mind travel time and where I wanted to be salary wise) and found me a job within one month. At that assignment Allied checked in with me and the employer periodically, and Allied was always eager and willing and so understanding when listening to any questions, concerns, or general success stories. I ended up getting hired on full time at the job that I was placed at, as did three others who were temps through Allied! Working with Allied has changed my life.
