Allied Propane

I have been a customer of Allied/Superior propane for more than 12 years now and can always rely on them to keep my family warm in the winter. The staff is always attentive to our needs and delivery is prompt regardless of how bad the weather outside may be. I highly recommend them for their great service and highly competitive rates.

Staff is friendly and professional. I never have to worry about running out of propane.

Horrible place to get heat every month I call at 40 percent as instructed by the drivers and I don't get my propane until I'm empty and when I call to see the status of my order they say I'm 2 stops away and then I never get it, contacting the BBB too see if they can figure out why a propane place can't deliver propane completly ridiculous and unprofessional.

Friendly/helpful staff. Whenever I call my issue is handle quickly. Awhile back I was making an online payment and accidentally entered $700.00 instead of $100.00. The staff understood my situation and were able to fix it. They saved me a bunch of overdraft fees. When you find a great company with staff that go out of their way to help you, you stay with them and let others know about the great service they provide.
