I have now been with Almac more than 4 years. During my tenure I have earned promotions and bonus' for my hard work. I am very fortunate to have a great boss, co-workers, and executive management. One of my favorite things about Almac is the company truly cares about employees like they are family. For example, when an employee passes away Alan Armstrong - Chairman & CEO sends a personalized note. The culture of Almac is of caring for employees and customers making it a great place to work.
I wouldn't recommend this company, so much favoritism and racist. They will never hire you permanently if your not the race they want
