The staff are always polite, helpful, and kind. There is sometimes a small wait, but they are normally quite timely in getting patients in and out. I've always had a good experience with the P. A. Carly Overland. She listens well, gives proficient treatment, and answers questions clearly.

This place is great. The staff are wonderful and the doctors are the best. If 5 stars rating was the best I would give them10.

Carly is Wonderful. She is wicked fast with the liquid nitrogen and her little cutting blade. Her assistant Mona was very helpful also. Great place if you need dermatology work.

Been there twice now, once to the New Hope office and once to the Sellersville office and both experiences have been very positive. There's no waiting around! The Dr.was in to see me almost immediately after entering the exam room and was very personable. I'm a 62 year old male who has spent most of my waking hours "outside" and Dr. Shrager never once lectured or demeaned me about my outdoor exposure like other dermatologists have. They simply addressed my issues and treated me accordingly! MY NEW GO-TO DERMATOLOGIST!

Dr Shrager & Corie were great! They took the time to explain everything before proceeding, which helped tons.

As always the staff was courteous and friendly. Everything went well. Dr Shrager is friendly and quite knowledgeable.

My old dermatologist retired during the quarantine. And she was amazing. It was hard to imagine someone being even better than her. Little could I ever imagine that I would find it right around the corner from our home. These people are empathetic and compassionate and they truly listen to what's going on with you. It didn't dismiss anything and they are open to the fact that we are a team and that we know our bodies best as patients and they know the science behind why we feel the way we do. When that works together it's perfect harmony.

Dr. Shrager is funny and personable. He is quick which I've seen some people do not like. I didn't mind the speed of the surgeries I had done but would like a little more explanation while procedures are being performed. Wound care instructions on their website or a print out after a procedure would be helpful as I have short-term memory issues but I didn't relay that to the office staff so that's on me! I have no hesitation calling the office with questions. Staff are very courteous and helpful and wait time is minimal. Office is comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend this practice to friends and family. I most certainly will return with any future issues.

Dr. Shrager took time to address the issue that I initially made the appointment for, then he noticed another issue that I did point out and took care of it also. Friendly office staff also.

I have been coming to Alpha Derm for a few years now. I am a melanoma survivor so 6 month checkups are a must. I am so confident that both Dr. Shrager and Carly Soda are among the BEST there are. The office staff is friendly and efficient and the techs are great. I couldn't get an appt.with a derm that I had been going to for years and I called Alpha Derm.they understood my fear and got me an appt.right away.both Dr Shrager and Carly can remove a mole with almost no pain and leave little, if any, visible scar. I would not go anywhere else!

Doctor schrager is very personable and interested in what you have to say and does a very professional job I would recommend alpha derm to anyone looking for a great dermatologist and service

Early Monday morning I had an appointment with Alpha Dermatology. I arrived promptly and was greeted by a competent, informative, and pleasant staff person. A few moments later I was led to an examination room where-in I was informed of the process. Carly and Alicia met me. I was examined, treated, and informed, Upon departing the office, another staff person scheduled my next appointment and answered any questions I may have had.
