Alphontiz Dental Lab, Folcroft PA

Very great experience! I came to him the last minute and he was able to replace the teeth I had missing in less than 24hrs, not to mention I came all the way from New Orleans actually went to another woman who took my money for 3 months and with no replacements. He really saved me I didn’t want to go back without nothing.

I called Alphontiz at 4: 30pm today, to ask a question about my father's dentures. I explained to him that my dad lost 2 teeth and one was missing. He went to my father's house, picked up the dentures, drove back to his lab, fixed the dentures and cleaned them and returned them to my dad by 7pm today! He was extremely kind and reasonably priced! Alphonitz is amazing and I highly recommend him!

Full disclosure, this is not about the quality of work. They may or may not do quality work. I called and asked the price for a certain type of denture. Instead of giving me a price the man I spoke with started haggling with me. He actually asked how much I was working with. When I told him he said your better off doing it yourself, and he hung up on me before I could say anything else. I understand it is a situation of his time is worth money to him and he didn't want to spend time with somebody who was not going to be able to pay.however, he could've at least waited until we got to the end of the conversation before hanging up the phone on me. Plus I found it sus he would not give me even a price range but asked me how much I had to spend.

Extraordinary service his work is flawless. Very respectful and understanding. The facility stayed open late to accommodate my need. That’s excellent service and I got a million dollar smile say day. No where you can get that type of service.
