Alpine Pools & Spas- Cranberry Twp

I am satisfied with the service provided, but when I tried to go to the store to buy pool chemicals, they had closed earlier than the times posted on their website. I am so very unhappy. Either stay open or update the times on your website.

My wife and I contacted the store to purchase a pool and briefly corresponded with an associate through email and the emails went stagnant. I've called the store four times abd have yet to receive a call back from anyone. This has happened over a 2 week period. Kind of let down because they came highly recommended. Guess we'll search elsewhere where the customers are valued

. Mike and his entire team at Alpine pools and spas Cranberry Twp have been my go to place for 8 year. The recently replaced my pool liner and it looks amazing! I use them to open and close my pool each year. Thank you for the continued quality service!

Mike and his crew did an excellent job reopening my pool that had been closed for multiple years. The task ahead of them was daunting to say the least but there was no complaining and each crew that came was polite and hard-working. You could tell they cared about their work. Being a novice at taking care of the pool, I asked plenty of questions - Mike and the guys answered each and every one of them without hesitation. Thank you so much Mike and crew! You guys are the best! I had a problem with my hot tub following a power outage. I emailed the store and owner Mike contacted me with in minites and was able to talk me through making minor repairs in 25 degree weather. Without his help, I'm not sure the hot tub would have made it through the 10 degree night without major freeze problems. Again, thanks for the support!

Mike and his whole team are simply the best! Our pool was installed in the fall and quickly winterized. Calvin and Andy opened the pool for us yesterday and it looks amazing! They took time to explain everything and answered my questions. I highly recommend Mike and his team!

Mike From Alpine in Cranberry and his team did such a phenomenal job with our pool build. We used his entire team (Andy electric, Ron plumbing, Landon decking and Tom for hardscape and landscape). I would recommend going with his team as made the project more seamless. They were on the same page and did quality work. We will continue to work with Mike on the pool maintenance.
We are very happy and family is enjoying the backyard. 5 out of 5 star build and service.

Alpine created my 20 x 40 pool 15 years ago and it was time to replace my liner. Yesterday Cal and Andy did a great job replacing my liner. Besides being very friendly, they arrived on time, worked continuously throughout the day and were very conscientious. As always Alpine Pool Cranberry employees are wonderful to work with. Highly recommended!

Mike and his entire team were outstanding! Mike completed an installation at our house in early July 2020 and we love everything about the pool. From first meeting with Mike to discuss pool ideas all the way up through putting water in the pool and learning how to operate it, Mike and his entire team were very thorough, professional and did an amazing job. We absolutely love our pool and between my family, one of us has been in the pool every day since it was installed!

Never had a better experience with a pool company before! Very nice and super helpful! I bought the wrong size hoses for my pool and even though I had them connected already they exchanged them and gave me the right hoses! I highly recommend Alpine Pools. My husband and I are obsessed with our new, custom designed pool. Mike and every single employee were simply outstanding. They gave us everything we asked for and more. Their work was above and beyond what we could have ever expected. People pass by and actually pull over to see the pool and compliment us. Mike is the easiest person to work with. He is creative, honest, helpful and quick to respond to any question we had. From Dallas to each employee that came, they were all polite, hard working and incredibly neat. Mike took the time to improve our yard in ways we didn’t even expect. I wouldn’t even entertain another pool installer when Mike and all of his employees at Alpine pools and Spa in Cranberry are simply the best. We are beyond grateful to all of them for helping us achieve our dream pool.

Mike was extremely helpful and he followed through with great communication to complete the order. My liner got installed and his team did an outstanding job. Thanks for the no hassle install. Went in store for info on the Radiant above ground pool. Sales gal very helpful! BUT the owner would not return my call for install! CASH in hand ready to pay! I called three times only to find out later from an installer that the owner doesn’t like to do above grounds! That’s fine.took my money down the pike & Allison Park helped me)
