Overall, slow but attentive service. Food is absolutely average and not worth the price you’ll pay. We ordered lobster mac, which had one chunk of lobster and very little cheese - mediocre for $42. The burger was ok, but the Chilean sea bass was a highlight. Overall, not a place to revisit. You almost feel bad having spent the money.

ALSO: any tables 5 people or more is automatic 20% tip and they will not split bill.

We love trying new flavors and different styles of restaurants. Was not disappointed, it was amazing, This restaurant is hidden on the third floor of a downtown building. CHILEAN SEABASS Delicious fish and lobster sauce, lots of fresh veggies and seems to have a few salami garnishes. IBERICO PORK TENDERLOIN's meat is tender， and their sauces are very different. Even the salad dressing I can't stop, really delicious. The waiters Dylan and Mariah were very friendly and attentive. We will be back.

Can a man get a crustini or some bread with his charcuterie board?

Dishes were great but it did take about an hour and a half for them to serve our entree. It may be attributed to us starting out on the rooftop bar then moving inside bx of rain.
Waiters were great.

Pro-tip: a pair of croissants from down stairs at bistro barberet pairs well with the stuffed cod!

Optimistic that the next experience wouldn't be the same. Great ambience and atmosphere inside!

I love the rooftop lounge!

I first went there in 2021 with a friend for dinner. We both had the lobster roll and it was delicious! I'm from New England and am a bit finicky about my seafood, and was happily surprised at how good the lobster roll was.

I went again yesterday for my birthday. Although it was cool and a bit windy, I really wanted to eat on the rooftop and watch the sunset. We were the only ones up there, and it was perfect. The sunset was gorgeous and it was worth being a little cool.

We started with the charcuterie board which was just the right size for the tow of us. Lovely selection of meats, cheeses and fresh fruit.

I had one of the signature cocktails, the bourbon bramble. It was so good.

For dinner, I had the pork tenderloin, which was served on a bed of kale with baby Brussels sprouts, butternut squash and bacon. It was amazing! The pork was so tender that you could cut it with a butter knife. The veggies were cooked perfectly and were very flavorful. My husband had the crab stuffed Cod which had a cream based sauce, and he said it was excellent.

I also want to compliment our wait staff. Even though we were the only diners on the rooftop, the service was excellent. Josh, our waiter was covering a lot of ground but we never felt ignored. I know it must have been extra work with just us up there, but everyone was wonderful.

I did see the indoor dining room and it is lovely - very warm and inviting. I know I will be going back soon to eat indoors, and to have the crab stuffed Cod and another of Altana's signature cocktails.

This was the worst dine in experience we have had. My wife and I went for dinner. The service was the worst you can imagine. We were seated timely for our 7 PM reservation. We finished our apps 7.45 and placed order for entrées. The server kept coming to tell us that the kitchen is backed up and we are up next. Finally, at 9.30 PM the manager came and said, our order never went to the kitchen. This is when the server told us the opposite and said there are 5 people waiting before us for the cod. She then said, she will have it to go. Came back at 9.45PM, 15 minutes before closing that they are out of Cod. By this time we were the only people in the restaurant and had eaten only appetizers 2 hours ago. The manager packed us Lobster roll, flat bread and a frozen cheese cake to go! Great way to celebrate birthday! Not coming back and would not recommend!

Simple menu - which is always a good sign, yet the food is just OK. Not bad, but not outstanding. They added some sugary syrup on the sweet potato fries, which was a bit of a shock (kids might have enjoyed it), the medium rare burger was more like well done, but at least the beer was good and icy cold. The rooftop should have a great view, but if you don't sit at the street front, you have to go awkwardly close to the other's table to enjoy it.

Wait time was ridiculous, especially for the food quality. Servers seemed overwhelmed and undereducated. We were there for 2+ hours and only saw our server maybe 3 times. Management should have stepped in. I wouldn’t recommend.

Do NOT come unless you want to wait OVER an hour for your food. Servers were not knowledgeable about the drink or food menu. Service was awful. It took over 10 minutes to get our drinks. Server checked in how our food was AFTER we finished. Chicken piccata was good but way too much butter and oil. Great sunset views though.

It was a bday dinner and we had a terrible experience, our food was cold and we had
hard burnt bread.the drinks were fantastic and so was the appetizer though. Our server was rude because he asked us how everything was and we said not good and then he proceeded to say well this affects my pay.and then tried to say something that wasnt true about the manager when we spoke with her directly.they did end up helping us, but we probably won’t be returning: (

NEVER coming here again. Incredibly unprofessional management. It is pretty clear that the staff is over worked and treated poorly.

He went there for the rooftop and their Mexican tacos. We got there about 5: 15 p.m. And was told that there's no protein for the tacos. Remind you the guy opened up at 4: 00 gave us his story that he was running late from Harrisburg and he has no protein / meat. What a bummer what kind of clown outfit is this? Very disappointed.

Currently waiting almost an hour after our order was put in. No food and waiter hasn’t checked in once: (

Waited 2 hours and didn't get my food, server kept telling us we can leave if we don't want to wait. Then we leave and she asks us to pay for our food we never received. If going here with more then one other person I would not recommend.

Very nice roof top bar! The drinks were reasonably priced and service was good! Definitely more of a relaxed date night or girls night.

If I could give ngative stars I would! TERRIBLE customer service. I'm tired of Skip being an a-hole when I call. He literally just hung up on me!

Rarely does a dining experience exceed my expectations. Dinner for 2, rooftop. Crab stuffed cod and chicken piccata. Both dishes amazing. Every entree that was brought out by the servers looked unbelievable. Portion size extremely generous, a fantastic evening. Will definitely be back.
