I have been with this company since it was owned by Altemos/Atlantic Fuels. Their customer service is excellent, and the technicians are kind, responsive, and professional. Joel usually is the one who works on our furnace and air conditioner, and he is willing to talk to the customer about problems and options.

Got a message that Joel was arriving, and shortly after he arrived. He greeted us almost like he knew us. He was very professional and efficient.

I spoke with Joanne today. Not only was she pleasant, but she made the contract renewal process easy and bearable. I truly appreciated her help and kindness!

I hadn't realized that my card number had expired so I was still receiving oil but got socked with late fees until my husband received a courtesy call regarding the expired card. They were kind enough to remove one of the late fees, which I completely appreciate, but please, give us a call sooner so late fees don't keep accruing. Customer service was very helpful.

Today I canceled my services, I actually wish I didn’t order oil from them. They never disclose pricing or my contract expiring on me. When I asked if I had anything to worry about when it came to paying for the oil, my customer service rep told me not at all nothing has changed and it’s still the same.

Which was a complete lie, they charged me retail for oil and now I am stuck with $1200 oil bill for 173.8 gallons of oil. Industry standard right now is $4.37 a gallon right now. They are currently charging $6.49 a gallon for retail.

This company will get away with charging people 4-5k this winter with there shady tactics.

I advise no one to work with them, this company will price gouge you when you least expect it.

Sounds like the higher ups and shady sales people will have fat commission checks after this winter.
