Alternate Universes Holmes

I frequent this place weekly. Every time I have come here, I have had a good experience. I'm usually here for commander Tuesday and Friday. Tyler has helped me figure out my decks, and has remained friendly and helpful through all my questions, even the dumb ones. The other employees haven't introduced themselves to me, but they have all been kind in helping me.

Great LGS that has all my TCG needs! I’ve a attended multiple events and had a great time in every single one. Mostly friendly staff other than the extremely rude gentleman with the glasses that never hands you your purchases and purposefully ignores you when you greet and/or say thank you.

I'm here two to three times a week. The store is a friendly environment that does many events. Tyler is awesome, and the Tuesday and Friday commander nights make my week.

Good prices, guy at the register this purchase had really greasy hair and overweight, was extremely rude and unhelpful. Unprofessional with our money transaction and seemed like he didn’t want to be there. Beyond that there was a great atmosphere with people engaging throughout the store.

I have never had a bad experience at any AU location; in fact, I've never had anything less than a stellar experience. Staff is reasonably knowledgeable about product staff and community are incredibly friendly and helpful, product selection is off the charts, prices are incredibly reasonable and even some great deals, and the owner is a fun guy to talk to, super helpful himself, and really embodies everything else good I've already said about the store. Can't wait to pop out to a commander night at the blue bell location. I have driven an hour multiple times to make it to an AU instead of just ordering my singles and packs online because the experience is that great.

The associate with glasses that run Digimon on Sundays does not seem to like running the game at all. His negative attitude really kills the environment. It's become well known at other card shops that AU Holmes isn't great for Digimon due to this particular staff member.

Update: They had the same associate with the glasses for Yugioh today. He yelled at the entire store, saying we're too loud. All my years of being a loyal customer, I've never once have been yelled at like that. This is Yugioh tournament, not a library, we shouldn't have to whisper to each other. He sat there, painting miniatures the entire time. I can't believe this person still works at AU. Absolutely horrible customer service.

I only buy Pokemon cards now every time I go here I spend over 400 dollars they need some type of rewards system or something I got some free candy and a juice last time I bought something was ok but other then that I pick up some good ones I never sold cards to them so I don't know how that works
