The owner was very rude. He kept showing me boots I didn't want after repeatedly stating my preferences. Then when I said I'm going to look around and check different prices he just walked away and avoided me.

I will never shop there again. The manager was very rude when I wanted to return shoes that I had purchased. I also won’t recommend them to anyone. I used to recommend them but never again. Just an FYI, if you purchase an item there, they say their policy is no refunds only exchanges but it’s not posted any where except on the receipt after you purchase which was pointed out to me when returning.

They have the most friendly and beautiful blue eyed young lady working there! She should be a model.

I tried going in to buy a new pair of boots for myself and had an overall horrible experience! I was pestered and watched the whole time. The people working asked me over 3 times if i needed help and i tried to act respectful but they just wouldn’t get off my case. I told them no all three times, and after they would just stare at me disrespectfully. I will NOT be coming back here again!

I stopped to buy boots for myself, my wife and both of my boys. Unfortunately we left with 1 pair of boots after having the owners asking me and my family repeatly if we needed help and everyone we said no were good just looking. Then after the older man came across very arrogant saying OK you ready I looked at him and said yes I am. We left with 1 pair of boots instead of 4 pair. Never plan on shopping there again and Rurall King carries same ariat boots. They sell boots not used cars.

My fiance bought 2 hats and they weren't adult size but they don't label what is kids or adults and when she got her money back the owner or worker was very rude to her not happy with this place and I won't do business again nor recommend this place.
