It was good, not great. The service was fine, food was fine. I purchased 2 hoagies to have later.

Taste great but you’ll pay costly for very little. Embarrassing and lacking portion sizes on catering. Ordered an entire tray of pasta and 1/2 tray of meatballs and chicken francaise. Noodles were 1-2 noodles layer deep, I was able to count on one hand how many meatballs were drowned in red sauce, and chicken pieces already into thirds wasn’t enough for 12 people to have one small piece each. True story, ordered this amount for my daughters Communion Celebration. 14 adults 2 kids. Mind you 4 were elderly. My wife and I didn’t get to eat a single noodle because there wasn’t enough. Guest sparingly made one small plate each. I had to order 3 pizzas 45 mins after everyone ate their tiny plate and everyone gobbled the pizza right up. It was embarrassing. 12 people, two entire trays of food and each one small plate with one meatball and one 1/3 piece of chicken for 300$? ! Make note if you do order, two “large” trays feeds about a large family of maybe 8-10. Later that evening my Italian family mocked their portion sizes, and we reminisced on how real Italian families serve food. Thank God for local pizzeria.

I found everything I needed for dinner, pretty easily. Crushed tomatoes came in a glass bottle which I don't think I've seen before. A lot like Di Bruno Bros meets Wegmans. I liked it here.

Boys behind the deli counter are dumber than bricks, probably won’t give you what you ask for unless ur talking to someone above 27.just beware

Just had their Lemon Ricotta cheesecake (supposedly a twice a year special). Amongst the worst cheesecakes I've ever experienced. It was dry, grainy, and nearly unpalatable. Don't get me wrong. I love their meat, cheese, & Deli sections.but I have never had a single item from their "bakery" that lived up to a true Italian bakery.

I have been regular customer since 2008, when Altomonte was a small local Italian store. Then they expend it and opened bigger store, I got excited but excitement didn't last.
Everything at store was already going down to hill but after Lockdown Quality of products start getting bad to worse, customer service is worsen than you can imagine, Management is full of ignorant, rude, nonprofessional's. They lose their shine. Which is sad but everything goes up comes down too and this is what happening to Altomonte's. I'd to write this negative reviews after many bad experiences.

Altomonte's has a unique selection of authentic Italian foods. The number of customers in the store speaks to its popularity. There are plenty of easy ready-to-take fresh and frozen food options. The layout is a bit confusing, at least to me. I asked for help on where to order sandwiches and was directed to a kiosk. After placing my order, I waited to be called for over 20 minutes and asked an employee for assistance, which directed me to a different area of the store. The sandwiches were fresh and tasty.

Been an & off shopper here for quite some time and they just always seem to disappoint. Overpriced (not the economy they’ve been like this since day1), sandwiches (PRAY TO GOD YOUR ORDER IS RIGHT) fall apart the second you take a bite, anything from their frozen section is OLD and do not let them tell you otherwise! I’ve had “fresh” things from their salad case that I have had to return due to it already being bad or spoiling quickly and what do you get in return? STORE CREDIT! So you can continue to purchase horrible food. The manager boasts about having quality products…maybe you should check out other local delis SIR

Beth who works at the meat and cheese counter was one of the nicest and most helpful associates of any store I have ever been to! She is friendly and went above & beyond when she saw my hands were full and asked if I would like a basket and when there were none left, she brought me a small cart. Altomonte's food is exceptional and known throughout the county, but I would like to give them Kudos for hiring an exceptional staff member!

Super disappointed in my $11 Greek Salad, which had maybe an ounce of Feta on it and was mostly romaine lettuce. The dressing was cheap oil, dried herbs and too much vinegar, completely unbalanced. Surprising because most food I get has been very good. Someone has taken taken their eye off the ball.

I wish I could give this review 10 stars! Just finished my gluten free pizza and I’m beyond amazed on how great it tasted. Javier was extremely accommodating and informative while placing my order. The staff are amazing and truly dedicated to pleasing customers. I’m already thinking about my next order and cannot wait to return!

The food and selection here is amazing. Love the hot bar items, I could eat for my lunch every day. They have homemade pasta that is so good, couple it with their own sauce and you have a 5 star meal. They are not cheap, you're getting what you pay for.

Angelo the sommelier is incredibly knowledgeable. I would recommend you buy a wine card and sample some wines. I found some bottles I would never have thought of if it weren’t for their tasting menu.

Great place to shop. Nice bakery department. Came back again. Love the pecan sandy cookies. I came back again and got prepared food. Really good.

The best! Everything they make is super good.groceries, lunch, dinner, you can't go wrong when you pick altomontes.

For the first time, went to this market to get a pre-made Thanksgiving meal for two people. The food was excellent including the vegetables where the green beans were actually cooked well enough to eat. Also, the packaging of each item was very good so that it stayed fresh for us to have it the next day. The staff are very friendly and kind.

My boyfriend and I went here for our first time today and OMG! It was amazing! I ordered an Italian hoagie and my boyfriend had a salad, we were both very impressed with the food, delicious and fresh! Staff was friendly and helpful and the store is very clean and well organized. Will definitely be coming back!

Very disappointed. The food is great but try and pay for it when ordering in advance. You need to wait endlessly before someone acknowledges you then you stand in line to have the cashier stamp your receipt. Then back in line to wait some more before picking up your order
It took me 30 minutes to buy a sandwich that was preordered. Wawa seems like a less expensive option and the wait time is minimal
