Always A Party Rentals

Hands down the best experience I have ever had with an events/rental company. I have worked with several in my career. The team goes above and beyond to make sure things are right. The best part is their team is so kind. They genuinely care about making the event the best it can be. They are honest, fairly priced, and extremely thorough. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We had contacted Always A Party rentals to rent some round tables for our wedding reception. We clearly communicated the fact that we wanted ROUND tables. The day of our reception, they deliver rectangular tables, which would not quite work the way the room was configured. I communicated to them that they delivered the wrong tables. They proceeded to tell me that they’re invoice says 8’ tables, and the invoice was sent to us prior to delivery, so there was nothing they could do. I pointed out the fact that nowhere on the invoice does it say round or rectangular table. They agreed that their wording was not specific, but refused to rectify the problem. Bottom line, is we know what we wanted, we know what we ordered, someone on their end dropped the ball, and we had to scramble to make things work last second on our wedding day. Not something a bride needs to be worrying about on her special day. I would never recommend this company to anyone for any reason.
