Rob was wonderful and spent 2 hours with us to find me a new snowboard, bindings, and boots. He was very patient, knowledgable, and explained everything really well - pros and cons to different brands, fittings, and helpful tips (like not resting your board on your other boot on the lift bc it voids the boot warranty, which I didn't know). All while multitasking and helping other customers as they came in. Highly recommend!

Always Boardshop is the perfect example of a great local shop that everyone should support. I've been a customer since 2015 if my memory serves me right, and I have had nothing but good experiences. The owner and employees are extremely knowledgeable, honest, and they genuinely want you to get the gear that you need and will love. Whether you're looking for a specific product, or you need someone to help you choose what's right for you, I would highly recommend going here. Great gear from good brands, at various price points, for all types of snowboarders. Also, they do fantastic snowboard service too, their repairs have been bulletproof for me.

Worst wax job I've ever had, to the point it's objectively dangerous. I bought a beginner's wax kit and noticed a huge difference between my n00b wax board and my other 2 boards I had waxed here.

The image is what I scraped off my Flow board in one go with barely any pressure. Beginner's Tip: You need to scrape the wax off the bottom of the board.

I'm a local, and this review is hard to give because they're very nice people. Rob is very cool. Love the staff, but the service is unacceptable.

Do not order anything if you are not 100% certain of your size. I had ordered some boots, however they ran a bit small so I needed to return them, and the return fee was $40!

Didn't have what I was looking for but took the time to explain to when he would be expecting the item I requested. Very polite and helpful.

I really like this shop. It's perfectly located near seven springs. Not that I have an issue with Willis service and prices however for snowboarding I'll stick to this shop for the knowledge that in getting the right setup and am supporting an entrepreneur.
