Wonderful studio! Everyone is very helpful and very sweet. You can chat or nap to your hearts delight as well. Gabbie always does a fantastic job! Can’t recommend highly enough

I find this salon to be top notch! I will say that it’s important to find techs you personally prefer. I’ve had excellent experiences with Carlie and Asra at this location. The facilities are clean, techs knowledgeable, and my lash results have been great!

I've had both a lash lift and a full set of classic eyelash extensions done here. I was very pleased with the lash lift, but disappointed with the extensions. I showed multiple pictures of thin, wispy, and natural lashes to my lash tech beforehand who told me they could be replicated, but when they were finished they looked very thick, uneven, and all over the place and not like a classic set at all and I was very shocked. I wish I was told when showing the picture to the lash tech that they use thicker and darker lashes than other lash service studios that I have been to. When I told the lash tech that the lashes were too long, she pulled out scissors and began to trim them and as she kept trimming, they became very uneven. The lash tech herself was very kind, checked in on me multiple times, and explained the different lash styles before getting started. I was very disappointed with the lashes after seeing them and actually requested to have them removed immediately, and both the staff at the front desk and lash tech worked with me and did not judge me or make me feel upset about wanting to get them removed. I don't consider myself to be a difficult person and felt very bad about this, but knew I couldn't leave the studio with this look. It all comes down to personal preference in terms of the extensions - if you want more of a natural and "mascara only" look, this is not the place to go. If you are looking for a very bold and thicker look, it is!

I tried canceling my account with Amazing Lash Studio to be told no, and that I can only freeze my account through an email.

I don't even live close to that location anymore and woke up to $139.99
being taken from my account and when I called they told me it was because I didn't cancel my account, only froze it for 6 months.

They never called or emailed to tell me they were going to resume charging my account.

I tried canceling the account because I had a horrible allergic reaction or infection to their glue and they straight up said no I only had the option to freeze it.

Ton of reviews online saying the same thing, shady predatory business practices.

Ontop of that this is the second time I've had an issue with the business as a whole. A random Amazing Lash Studio charged me for someone else's evelash services in OKLAHOMA on an account linked to my phone number (was not my account) when I called they tried gaslighting me and saying that I was that person trying to get out of paying and I said no girl I live in Pennsylvania I'm not trying to get one over on anyone. Like what.

The girl who did my lashes was great and this has nothing against her, only the lash studio and their shady business practices themselves. Shouldn’t be able to tell someone no if they want to cancel their account. Shouldn’t be able to go silent for 6 months with no follow up email or call saying they’re going to start charging your account again. It’s not right to just start charging out of nowhere.

This my first time here and i am highly disappointed. I had my lashes done two days before leaving the country. By day three my entire right eye was barely noticeable with lashes. By my fifth day both eyes had less than 10 lashes. Not to mention i paid for volume. I reached out once i arrived back to the states, within one week and my response was basically it’s my lash retention and i only had 24-48 hours for them to fix it. Basically their solution was for me to spend more money and pay for a refill instead of them attempting to correct what was wrong. It’s giving that they are more concerned about money than the satisfaction of their customers. The person responding to the email was very rude. I emailed the CEO i hope i get a better solution!

The one thing I despise is feeling as if I’ve been ripped off. I paid $165.00 for a full set of lashes but that wasn’t what I got. After the blurred vision from the burning glue fumes wore off, I realized that I had more lashes on one eye than the other. It’s sad that after years of loyalty to this establishment, management refused to redeem a poor quality experience by simply offering to complimentary redo the service with a more experienced technician. I won’t be going back…

I go here to see Carlie! She is so sweet and generous, really looks out for her clients and does an amazing job. Highly recommend Carlie!

Carli is very personable and makes you feel like you’re her only customer. I’ve always loved her customer service and spirit. Look forward to seeing her again
