Amazon Delivery Warehouse, Altoona PA

Package was delivered, but not at my house that was in the photo. So reordered ounce again the package was at someone else's door. I never received my items that I paid for. Very disappointed.

Always late in the evening when they deliver and just drop stuff off at the top of the steps will not accept delivery from them anymore anything from them will be automatically returned

Order was out for delivery all day then went back to the warehouse at 7: 30 pm and was never delivered. Orders never arrive on time anymore and often need to be canceled due to coming to the warehouse and just never being delivered. Super disappointing.

I have been trying to get in contact with someone for the damage of my yard from a driver that got stuck in my yard Oct 6 at 7: 15 pm. I was told by driver that he reported it. He was driving a Penske white Van. I called Penske and reported it with them last week and they gave me a number that all I get from that is that the mailbox has not been setup yet. I will wait two days to have someone contact me. If not I’m going to my insurance company. This delivery company sucks so bad. If they would of let the driver get a tow truck here it would of taken 10 minutes and not make two other drivers come and push it out an hour and 35 minutes later in the rain. I have everything on tape and pictures

Business Orders constantly late. We had a package arrive in Altoona, PA, routed back to Pittsburgh, PA, to Dallas, TX, to Fort Worth, TX, to Swanton, OH, and back to Pittsburgh, PA. Finally delivered 3 days late. Never had this issue until Amazon opened a Fulfillment Center in Altoona, PA.

Fantastic Warehouse!
My packages show out for delivery and it arrives that same day & building conveniently located at a point in altoona to which it can expand to other local rural areas as well. No complaints here!

Two packages went out for delivery and then wound back up at the warehouse. Then they processed repeatedly for two days. Then they simply stopped tracking. What a god damn joke. $400 in product just magically lost at the warehouse and no recourse except to get a refund and reorder. Now the products cost MORE than they did when I ordered the first time. Get it together.
Edit: they started tracking again days later and finally arrived days late. Must have found them under a conveyor in there or something. I can't imagine what it's like at this facility.

This facility is the most poorly run delivery service in the region. The amount of lost packages, continuous days of packages returning to the depot due to “carriers shift was over” (opposed to rotating packages to ensure delayed are delivered first) is completely unacceptable. The GM has an impressive background according to the internet, however no real background in delivery…and it shows. How much money do they have to lose before giving the packages back to USPS to be delivered correctly?

I would give zero stars if I could. Two packages in one week gone missing. Refunded first one, still waiting on second. I will be filing complaint with Amazon and am not going to renew with prime. They are using private vehicles to deliver and merchandise is disappearing.

Constantly delivering neighbors packages to my house. READ THE LABEL. Amazon has been contacted many times to no avail. Also, please ring bell to let us know you're here. Too many wet deliveries as only a small roofed area and no idea package is sitting in rain or water on stoop! Come on Amazon, I've been a faithful customer since the beginning. Going downhill fast.

3 separate orders made it to Altoona went missing and never were delivered. Stayed a missort by station and are undeliverable.

This delivery warehouse is a joke. Ever since items have started shipping through there they have habitually been late by many days (if they show up at all). They also have people deliver in what looks like their personal vehicles. It seems like they are simply forced to drop off packages on their way home from working that day. There isn't anything that can be done about this that I know of. However, I did register a complaint directly with Amazon, if that even means anything. I'll definitely be reevaluating my need for a Prime membership because 2 day shipping never means 2 days anymore. It's more like 5 days if at all!

Simple order of BBQ sause. Stuck in this facility for 6 days. When delivered, it was an empty envelope. I was able to get Amazon to reorder it at no new cost, but this time it is still sitting at this carrier for 5 days. I guess being summer time, they are enjoying their picnics on the customers.

8/23- Amazon van rolled up to our very small apartment building. Delivery girl came threw the packages at main door. Packages got wet!

My packages I ordered for my son for his dorm before he leaves for college were due to arrive 5 days ago! When I track them, they’ve been at the altoona facility!

I pay for prime and yet every package that comes though this warehouse is always late. UPS on time. USPS on time. FedEx on time. DHL on time. A package that was supposed to be here Friday has been sitting in Altoona for three days. Everything says running late and expected Aug 23. Another three days from now. That’s six days late when everything else that was shipped through UPS and USPS got here on Friday. This is ridiculous and terrible service.

Terrible terrible terrible. Deliveries rarely on time- It’s 8/14 and still waiting for packages expected 8/10. Notified out for delivery on the 12th- never arrived- now states items haven’t shipped yet.

Never get my packages when I suppose to. One day they say they are out for delivery and then I don't see them for 2 to 3 days. Everyday I suppost together my delivery i get a message daying it will be delivered tomorrow with no reason why i didnt get my package. Ups and usps are much more reliable on shipping dates.

I wish Amazon would go back to the method of shipping they used to use. Packages are late with absolutely no reason given. Customer service sucks as well
