Complete trash. In less than a month this hub has lost my packages or just sent them to the wrong place. I think HR needs to do new hiring

Went to deliver a truck load and the load number was canceled due to misunderstanding between dispatch and broker now waiting for a new load number to get unloaded been waiting 24 hours and nothing yet.

Usually happy with their speedy service but recently, when I order multiple items, shipment will be delayed because Amazon will combine all the items in a box. Still having to pay shipping fees for every item that I buy since I live overseas. My last buy was combined and one item was out of stock. So Amazon wanted to wait for 2 months to ship all items together. After writing them an email after 3 weeks, I received this reply by email (see picture). I think customer service should be able to write emails with a little personal touch.

Great place to work (both management and the actual location) but difficult on the body especially the feet

DRIVERS DONT EVEN BOTHER TO COME HERE, THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO COME. IF YOU DONT WANT TO STAY HERE FOR 6 TO 8 HOURS TO GET UNLOADED.

Currently working here now as a temp waiting and hoping on being converted. When I first applies I thought I would hate a warehouse job but I love it. Always busy always work to do and leadership is awesome and I have made a couple good friends here.

They have a no idle policy but people r like any other living being if it's to hot for even a baby or dog it's to hot for everyone so I will not be back if I cant idle my truck when it's over 80 degrees outside and almost 90 in the cab of the semi

They greated me by shining their bright flashlights in my eyes repeated. That's how they people's attention. I committed no crime and they are not the police. I hated being at that facility. I'll never return.

4 hours to unload a trailer that was 3/4 full. Restrooms? Sure, walk a mile back to the guard shack, there's a port-a-potty over there.

Amazon and game of war are the biggest ripoffs ever seen. They steal from hard working Americans. Don't trust them. They will steal your money

Terrible place to work. Was great when I started in 2010 but management changes frequently. I was there until April 2012 and in those 18 months I had 4 different managers.

In 2010/2011 you had chance for cross training but it's only gone downhill since. Management doesn't have enough experience, then trains a new one before they leave.compound that a few times and it becomes someone that has no idea what's going on.

Dont ever work here. They lose your hours and never pay you on time. They dont car about workers they only care for them selfs. Its been over 1 month and i still haven't still not gotten my money. So if you can work in another place do it because this place sucks. If you can put a zero here i would.

Some people are good, the management​ are most of the time in your back, they want you to do more then what expected even when you are new, they pay you by hour and you have to work like it's in a line production. The place have a lot of dust in the top and bottom part that you have to work.

Grueling work.work every weekend, if they split the shifts so that everyone had weekend time, like every other, it would be much more tolerable.

Nice company and all but portajohns for drivers is ridiculous.tells me alot bout a company on that aspect. Drivers use bathrooms before.
