Amazon Warehouse reviews
18So bad to flex. They give me 3 hours blok 73 packages and I didn’t have enough time I returned 28 packages. They lier they say I didn’t deliver to the costumers, yes didn’t because I don’t have time too late unprofessional worker working. I return 28 packages to the this station. They lier.
Truck drivers waiting too long to get checked in. Some employes are so lazy, so they just don't want come to open the door.
Always received my package late when it shows out for delivery. The time always move back and then shows as running late or delivering next day. It makes it hard for me to schedule my day based on when packages supposed to be delivered. It’s horrible.
Worst amazon for doing flex, manager is rude, never have their routes ready and if they don’t have routes they don’t scan your barcodes to get paid they told drivers to call support that way you are never going to see your payment by amazon support so this jealous workers make us drive there for no reason so we can waste gas. They can tell amazon flex support that they don’t have routes available, so that way we get pay automatically. But they don’t want us to get pay.
Absolutely atrocious place to work as an associate or a manager, senior leadership is completely incompetent and has no idea how to treat their employees.work culture is abhorrently toxic.you are truly just a number in their eyes.if you value your physical and mental well-being at all DO NOT work at this god-forsaken building.
Poorly marked entrance off side street to facility. Good approach to dock, very limited parking space.
One of your delivery associates shoved a package into my mailbox. I worked as an Amazon DA for a while; I understand that it’s not always possible to follow package requests… but come on. It would have probably been easier to walk it up to the door than to wedge it in the mailbox as tight as it was. Not to mention it’s illegal (and a $10,000 fine).
Driver with my package passed my house 3x then drove away yesterday (10/24/22) and now my package is to be delivered the today with the same delivery info with another package I'm suppose to get today. I fear that I won't get my packages. Amazon is horrible like Walmart! I've worked for both years ago and they just get worse and cover up the horror!
They delivered my Amazon package and DID NOT deliver it to the correct place. I am now stuck with filing police reports for missing packages just to get a refund.
Just got transferred to this facility last week. Management is very nice. Their very organized and will listen to our suggestions. I've been with Amazon for almost 3 years. This facility is very clean and a nice place to work.
I work there I have fun everytime not like it's a place of play but I enjoy myself while working.
Great place to work i lost 52 pounds cuz of the amount of movement you do inside the warehouse
Packages that have been routed to this facility have not been delivered several times. I am very disappointed.
Like others here have stated, with packages routing through the Bensalem facility, some have been late. This makes it hard to plan on being home for delivery (if signature is required) or plan your schedule or event (depending on what you ordered). Based on where I live, packages have mainly been flowing thru this shipping location (they didn't used to), if things don't improve more consistently, I'll need to add extra time to the expected delivery date.
If my Amazon package goes through this location, it's almost guaranteed to be late. Packages can still take days to arrive after they're supposedly "out for delivery" Amazon, the frequency with which this happens is completely unacceptable. You need to figure out what the issue is at this relatively new location and work to remedy the issue (s) immediately.
Five orders were not delivered during 2 days and still listed as "out for delivery". I am going to cancel my prime and use other carriers. It only happens with Bensalem facility and so, caused by unacceptable management.
Since my packages have been coming from this facility, I’ve been having nothing but PROBLEMS with my orders being delivered! My packages used to come from the Langhorne facility and they were great! All of my packages either came early or on time but not with the Bensalem facility! So far all of my packages have come at least a day late or 2! I was expecting one yesterday it never came. It was supposed to come today between 5: 15 and 8: 15 even though it got to the facility yesterday at 7 am. Through out the day the time got pushed back later and later and it’s after 9: 30 and NOTHING!
Nothing but problems from Amazon, and specifically this warehouse. Deliveries are regularly late, very late or not delivered. No solutions from "customer service". I am canceling my Prime and using other merchants from now on. I can get bad service anywhere. Why should I pay Bozos $120 a year for it? Jeffrey can find another way to pay for a $500M yacht. Not on my dime anymore.
