Ambiance Nail & Organic Spa reviews
7Horrible service they cut and burned me. 2 days after their service I had red and purple marks under my cuticles, called them and was told to come in so they can just tell me it was my fingers and my hands being dried. Not to mention the owner hit my car while i was waiting for them to open on the morning, looked at me and kept it pushing. Yall gotta do better. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ERIE BEAUTY PLUS ON ARAMINGO great service and great prices.
I like this new spot I visited today with my daughter. Very classy elegant business. My French tip nails came out beautiful and well done. Thank you
I like the pedicure and mani and I love the smell of the wax they used it smells like fresh coffee and the style on my toes was created by me.
Had a Mommie/Daughter day of pampering, very pleased with their service. I have been doing my nails here for some months now and brought my 10 year old daughter with me and we're both coming back, next time with my 16 year old. This will be our every 2 week spot. Great service every single time I've came. Totally recommend it.
Service is great, however, their prices when up but they still have the old cards with old prices. They don't have anything specifying the new price for each service. I looked at their price tag and told her I would like the jell type pedicure which was listed as $35, after I was done and ready to pay she charged me $43 and told me prices went up due to all cost going up. I told her they need to update their price cards to avoid these surprises out of nowhere.
The wait at this place is ridiculous. Even with an appointment, I’ve waited almost 45 minutes to be seen.
I tried this nail salon for the first time two weeks ago, and though my nails looked okay when I left, after just 4 days the diamonds I had gotten placed on my acrylics started falling off. After just one week 7 of the 23 diamonds had fallen off. I love my nails, and I take them very seriously. I have gone to other salons and all of my nail art stays completely intact until I go in for a refill. On top of this, a customer came in and began rushing the individual working on my nails so the lines and spacial features were quite off as a result. Lastly, the quality of the polish was so weird and perpetually looked dirty. Ambiance's prices aren't too far from the average, but, in my experience, you can get better nails at a better cost elsewhere. Though the salon has a nice aesthetic, the product and service is incredibly disappointing.
