OMG this is a great florist. I'd recommend this place to everyone. I went there to grab some flowers for a grave. The girl, who was so helpful, quickly made a small arrangement for me.

Ambler florist did a wonderful job on an arrangement ordered by my brother from Colorado. First, the flowers were of great quality and beautiful. Second, the packaging was very solid and stable. Third, they made excellent efforts to contact me to alert me of delivery. This is in stark contrast to a previous experience w another local florist. Highly recommend!

I live in across the country from PA and have used this florist over the years for flowers for close friends that live in and around Ambler, they have always sent wonderful flowers and delivered on time. Highly recommend.

Due to a mix-up, my order for 18 WHS Field Hockey Senior Night bouquets, was inadvertently misplaced. Needless to say, the simple carnation bouquets were not completed when I came to the shop for pickup, and I was in a panic! The response of Gene and his staff to this “disaster” was professional and amazing. With only two hours till the start of our event, Gene was able to make, and deliver to the stadium, 18 of the most beautiful bouquets (not simple dyed carnations) to honor our Seniors. And all at no cost to our team! This is one of the reasons why I always shop local, and support small businesses like Ambler Flower Shop. The customer service was stupendous!

I sent a message to Gene, using the email I found on website, as I needed a succulent planter delivered to my daughter on her first day of work which happened to be a Sunday. I was worried as it was kind of last minute. Gene was absolutely wonderful and accommodating! He gave me different ideas and said he delivery would not be a problem. The planter was gorgeous! I used the "Florist Choice Bouquet" option to order flowers for my mother's birthday. The arrangement was tasteful and they followed my noted instructions perfectly. My father didn't realize that I had ordered flowers for my mother, so he turned away the delivery, however Ambler Flower Shop didn't take no for an answer and explained that I had ordered them and successfully delivered them! I would without a doubt order from Ambler Flower Shop in the future!

Ambler flower shop has been wonderful to work with. I have used them several times for special occasions, and with our business for friends and customers experiencing hard times. The flowers are always beautiful and delivered quickly. Furthermore they are really clever with their gift baskets. I wanted a basket for my wife but she isn’t really a roses type of person. Gene whipped up a brilliant custom arrangement of Gummy candies, balloons, a few flowers, and a bottle of liquor for her birthday. It was perfect and she loved the gesture. Ambler flower shop is hands down the best and I will call them for any future needs.

These wonderful humans went out of their way to deliver flowers to my wonderful grandmother on her birthday, even though it was outside their shop times. They are so personable and care deeply about their flowers, but they care even more about the people they're delivering to. I literally could not ask for better service. 5 stars doesn't really seem to be enough. Amazing people and amazing service.

I used Ambler Flower Shop for a surprise arrangement to be delivered to a set of new parents and WOW! Was I blown away by the customer service, care, and quality!

The owner answered the phone - Gene (hope I spell that correctly) was courteous, kind, hilarious, and cognizant of the fact that parents of a newborn would most likely not like to be woken up, so he not only wrote on the order for the delivery person to just leave the arrangement on the stoop and not ring or knock, but made sure to take down my friend's number so they could be texted that something had arrived for them.

The entire ordering experience was delightful - no pressure to order what I didn't want or need, amazing options, took my suggestions and creative vision, and the ARRANGEMENT that came out of this? Phenomenal. Jaw-dropping.

Once the order was wrapping up, I was told the order would not only be completed, but also DELIVERED today - amazing! Not even 8 hours notice and Ambler Flower Shop had the arrangement done and on the porch.

The arrangement arrived perfectly. The family was not woken up - just texted courteously - and they have sent me pictures of a GORGEOUS arrangement, which has absolutely wowed me. The roses are just opening, allowing for enjoyment into the coming days, and the blue blooms are the exact shade I was envisioning - how did you know!?
