AMC Broadstreet 7, Philadelphia PA

I was Parked in the back after 6 PM, I actually arrived at 6: 50 and my car got impounded and had to pay a 200 dollar fee don't go there

I will be contacting the corporate office about this matter as well as a full refund. My children purchased movie tickets on line, they arrived at the theater only to notice the entrance doors are locked. They then began to try and flag security on the upper level to be let in but all the did was look at them and turn there heads. After waiting outside for 30 minutes they called home and i told them to just leave because i didn’t want them just standing out in the cold.

It was very clean and social distancing was definitely in order. Very little people were in the theater at a time. Alot the seats were broken so the recline feature was not an option on some. Only bad thing.

If you like people talking yelling and laughing during the movie then this is the place you should go because people don't know how to shut up. Also i feel as though this place needs more than a deep clean. But that is because staff doea not put in the effort

Large and comfortable leather seats with cup holders. Convenient to mass transit. Clean rest rooms. Convenient elevator for wheelchair access. Nearby mini mall.

Nice theater. Only problem is they make the sound way too loud. Seemed louder than any other movie theater I've ever been too. Nevertheless it's nice and clean inside with comfortable seats.

Very courteous staff. Clean environment. Reclining chairs wich are comfortable. Enjoyed my time there and will go again.

The sad fact is, whenever your staff is made up of ghetto folk, the service level goes down. I rarely come to this AMC location, because of that.

Good: Recliners, good screen size
The bad: sometimes the recliners are unclean or dirty, some recliners movement dont work

I love the improvement.just a couple of issues far as with seating but everything was fun and relaxing

How can a movie theater of this size on a busy fri night had " 1" hot dog machine with 3 hot dogs on them? Mgr is incompetent and keeps his head in his phone!

Nice theater, seats were comfortable and everything seemed well maintained. The bar area was closed but no idea what it's hours are supposed to be. Food was movie theater priced but pretty good for a theater.

I would actually have rated them 5 stars except their ladies room are atrocious and when I let the manager know he said they only had a male cleaner on duty and he is not permitted to clean the ladies room, which is stupid if you just close it for a few minutes just to clean the stalls real quick.but the staff was pleasant enough and the theater itself was clean

Nice theatre. Newly renovated. Nice spacious reclining seats. Clean bathrooms. Fast, friendly food service

We went to first show on Sunday a broken chair, told people how work there nobody came to check on it. Plus dirty restrooms men and women

I was pleasantly surprised at the clean and comfortable state of this theater especially compared to other AMC locations I've been to. The staff are not rude and the recliner seats always make a great movie watching experience. Especially when you don't have to share a cupholder or armrest with the person next to you. The bathrooms definitely need more upkeep but other than that I had a great time and will be back for more (cheap) matinees!

Okay theater if you're in the area, but patrons tend to be disruptive during movies. Snacks are hit or miss if they'll have what's on their menu. They also put in a bar about a year or so ago that I've never seen open. Kind of disappointing because I'd love to drink in the theater. But if you want a quick place to see a flick, this place will do.

This was my first visit to this location. And my last! Yes, this theatre has reclining seats. BUT you must lower the foot rest every time someone walks pass.who designed this place? The pic I posted is of my feet slightly elevated and almost touching the wall in front of me. Also, they have these weird sloped ceilings in the restrooms. I actually bumped my head (Im kinda tall) convenient but issa NO for me!
