A great place. IMAX is wonderful. They do not the kovievon time and someone from the audience had to ask the manager to turn the lights off for the movie. The seat are comfortable and can push back. Lots of leg room.

Went to see Dune 2021 in IMAX. The movie was incredible but the "IMAX" experience was a sham! Nothing compared to what I remember seeing at the Liberty Science Center as a kid. Get regular tickets and save money because it's not much different from the regular theater experience.

Wow.the electric chairs were very comfortable along with the newly built theater. There were partisans so no one could be In your view. A very good experience.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! If you love watching movies DONT GO HERE the attendants are non existent, the customers bring small children who cry the whole movie, and its so hard to get out of your row to do anything about it without further ruining the experience for everyone. I saw Eternals in imax on OPENING DAY! And a baby screamed in my ear for 2 straight hours. This is not a one time experience either, this theater charges more per ticket than any other theater and always has horrible experiences with guests I highly recommend if you want a good experience go anywhere else i mean it.

Seats are old configuration. Cannot recline. The sound is horrible. Make sure you bring ear plugs to protect your years.too loud.very loud.

Went to see the new Halloween movie with friends, seats were very comfortable. Good popcorn and lemonade, movie made the seats shake whenever a gun was fired. Very cool. Clean and cozy. Friendly concessions staff and easy, quick payment made for a smooth transition into the theater.

$17 for a movie seems a bit steep. I liked the seat reservation system - I didn't have to worry about where we would sit. However, the sound was too loud.

Went to see God's Not Dead: We the People which was excellent! Highly recommend! I must be showing my age but from buying the movie ticket to getting snacks is all automated.

I saw a Marvel movie with my son. We've seen all of them and will continue to as long as they keep making them. I purchased my tickets and some food items online. I was an a-list member which has some great rewards. The theater wasn't to crowded. Great customer service from the person at the door. There was some confusing to me because I thought as an a-lister we didn't have to wait in the line we went straight to pick up but we were standing for at least 10 mins as employees continued to assist the other customers in line. I have no problem waiting in a line like everyone else. But none of the employees asked me or my son if we needed assistance. Then I kind of said excuse me to the 1 employee before he took another person. And we quickly received our food. Only other disappointment is we sit all the way up top and we could hear the other movie playing next to us. Other then that me and my son love AMC Center Valley 16.

The popcorn station was disgusting.
But the theater we were in seemed clean.
Need more comfortable seating.
Those seats were screaming upgrade

I enjoyed this place quite a lot. The staff was great, the theater itself was very nice, and everything over all was just amazing. The only complaint I have is about the prices. A lot of things seem very overpriced.

I love it here! With Dolby and IMAX theaters it's got everything. Some of the theaters are older with not the best seats, and occasionally there will be hiccups like sound with no audio and vice versa, but they're here and there issues that have always been quickly resolved. There was one or 2 instances with the experience was poor for the whole showing, but we've always been taken care of by management in those instances. My wife and I are 100% bought into the AMC A list membership and we love having frequent movie nights throughout any given week. Staff has been super compliant during

They definitely had a huge upgrade with the reclining seats, etc. Very clean theaters but bathroom was gross, so I'm taking 1 star off. Otherwise it was great going back to the movies. Definitely recommend.

It was amazing the service was very polite kind and sophisticated. I was able to watch new venom movie with zero complaints or worries. I strongly suggest that you come by!

Parking situation is a bit tricky, and the prices are pretty high compared to the Cinemark I frequent, but the quality is a step above if you want the best experience. The seats are fully reclinable and large, and the Dolby theater is incredible with the size of the screen and the audio fidelity. You might spend twice as much but depending on the movie, it might be worth it.

It’s a beautiful place. You can still get in even if you’re late. The staff are very friendly! Also, it’s a nice place to get engaged lol

I walked almost 2 hrs to see movie and get there they don't take fandango gift cards and couldn't help me order online I have head injury couldn't figure it out so I'm walking back home

We've always had nothing but great experiences at the AMC. They've got a clean venue, comfy seats, decent food, and lots of parking available. The sound is always out of this world, and they always have the newest movies here. It's a little expensive but no more than any other movie theatre with the newest films.
