AMC Plymouth Meeting Mall 12

We arrived for a morning showing of Transformers and the staff upon arrival was bright eyed and super friendly. The theater and lobby were clean, the seats were so comfortable and the temperature wasn't extra cold. We had a great movie viewing experience and will return to this theater whenever we want to see a flick. Cost of the ticket was reasonable, emailed tickets and the whole process was hassle-free.

I've been really disappointed in this theater lately.
Twice this year, they've lost power and we've been unable to finish our movie, and twice this year they've been unable to refund me for this.
I don't think I'll be returning this this theater, and I hate that, because this theater holds a lot of memories for me. I've basically grown up with it.

I am so tired of going to this movie theater and the areas are filthy dirty the soda machine areas are filthy dirty there's always one cashier and I pay for the premium service and never get the premium service. 1 I had to return to the cashier to get some popcorn and that was fresh. I could see if this was because of the opening of a big movie but it is like this all the time. Still has not changed.

It was an ok first-time visit. The seats are comfortable, and the movie experience checked all the boxes. The only con would be that the checkin lobby and concession area was rather disorganized.

I was a few minutes late and hadn't bought a ticket yet. I was waiting in a long line trying to buy a ticket from the service desk, and struggling to do the same on the app, when a staff member took me over to the ticket counter to quickly ring me up. I got into my movie while it was still in previews, so I am very satisfied.

It was ok.thus was our first time here!
It was clean, but they had kids that snuck in and was loud and cursing.
It was hard to see or hear the movie.

Great movie experience with reclining seats that can be put in various positions. The restroom was clean, as was the theater area.

WISH THE SEATS WERE MORE COMFORTABLE, I WAS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE IN THE CHAIR WHILE WATCHING THE MOVIE. PLEASE MAKE THEM MORE COMFORTABLE, PLEASE.

It was good, location, for me, it looked a little hidden, not sure if it was due to the GPS directions. My chair wasn't working properly, so I couldn't adjust it to my preference. My child ordered a caramel popcorn, which she didn't liked, a waste. Staff was nice. Sound was great, the place was fairly clean, bathroom was good as well. I will go back if I'm around the area again.

I'm only giving this place three stars because I just don't understand why your full menu is by available even your last movie is playing. People can't get whatever they like from the kitchen because they choose to watch the last movie? That's bogus

Theater good and clean but food service is slow and not optimized for productivity. I watched the poor employee walk back and forth about 15-20 feet with each order from cold storage to cooking device. Good for steps but bad for service.

Every time I come here.the recliner seat I'm in is broken. Ive been coming here since they revamped the place and put them in. Yes the snacks were fresh and people always cool. Clean bathrooms and theaters. Just always broken seats, lol!

Went to the movies to watch a one night only documentary. The movie was good the facility were great. Seating was super comfortable. The movie picture and sound was one of the best.

Staff are rude, incompetent and unprofessional. Theater does not list any way to contact the general manager or make a complaint. Bathrooms are unclean, trash receptacles overflowing. The most poorly managed theater I have had the displeasure to attend. I left early due to a particular group talking loudly and allowing their children to yell and stand in their seats. Manager refused to address the issue and refused to refund my tickets. Engage me in argument in argument using foul language. As I was leaving another person approached saying she was the manager on duty. Both refused to provide the name or phone number or email to contact the general manager. I decided to terminate my A-List membership and never return to this, once nice, theater that has sadly gone to the dogs!

The staff was awesome, and I got my food very quickly. 5 stars just for the staff. I'm knocking off points cause the tickets are expensive and the seats I had were broken wouldn't recline or move. The speakers were crackling the whole movie. AMC needs to do maintenance on their theaters.

Very comfortable chairs. Excellent popcorn and ICEE machine (or whatever brand it is). Absolutely no complaints and it's nice to finally see a movie worth going to the theater for.

The seats are the only thing I liked. They didn't have any soft drinks and you had to scan the machine with your phone, which takes longer than just pushing the freakin button! DO BETTER!
