Workers looked disinterested and unhappy with their jobs.we signed up for member access and did not explain benefits.we bought food and found out after that we could have gotten discounts.brought it up to the manager afterwards and he was too busy to actually take care of his guests. I would have pursued it more if my kids were not with me.what a dissappointment fir such a big chain.you would think that they would want to make all their customers happy so that they come back.we will NOT ever go back to this location.not worth the money you now pay for everything there to be treated so bay.

Super comfortable movie experience. Great sound and picture quality. However, prices are insane. Don't go if you plan on buying anything. It's like $5 for a bottled water.

Don't know if management changed, but yesterday was my last time going to this theater. Everywhere was disgusting except for the concession stand. My family and I left before the movie ended because our seats still had leftover food in them and the floors weren't swepped.

3rd time there in 2 months, seats are ripped, garbage jammed between seats, a/c not working properly, no bottled water at snack stand. Place is not being maintained, come on! It was a great place before! Management get your act together, i drive 45 min to get there, only place i go, they will close you down if this keeps up! Only +, your employees are very polite. Place is packed so you should have money, no excuses!

We went to a matinee showing the theater was disgusting, not cleaned since last night. The seats need to be updated the material was cracked and torn. First time trying this theater, and the last. Pre ordered and paid for snacks for pickup, but had to still wait in line and they weren’t ready. Why bother to pre order? Also, multiple chairs in the theater DO NOT recline, including mine, my son’s and the person next to him. People were moving around trying to find a chair that worked! No toilet paper in the bathrooms. Never again! Giving it one star because it wouldn’t let me give none.

Nice theater. Well kept, clean. The concession stand was orderly. The seats were comfy and site and sound were great.

It was nice, watching the movie of jurassic Park dominion but it was a KID in front of me that keep running up and down the stairs and his mom and dad keeps standing going after the kid. I love kids but it wasn't the moment for that they shoulda seat on the back easy access to go to the restroom or anywhere without interruptions.

OMG never again. Expensive food, dirty bathroom, and nasty theater seems like it wasn't cleaned for days. Go to movie tavern instead!

We went to a 1pm movie on a Friday afternoon of a new release. There were only five people in our theatre, including the two of us. Very clean and the staff was friendly. The leather reclining seats are very very nice. My only two complaints and they are small ones. The volume of the movie was crazy crazy loud and it was pitch black before the movie started, which made it difficult to find assigned seating unless you have bat radar. Regular popcorn, a lg coke, and bottled water was $21.50, which was more expensive than the tickets themselves. I usually don't go to the movies but I want to support theatres like this because I feel one day they may fall victim to streaming. Take some earplugs, smuggle in some food, and have a great time. I will say so get the popcorn though here, it was fresh and concessions are where they do make their money.

Super comfortable theater, I love going here. My daughter loves the fact that the seats have a leg rest, and being able to put up the middle made cuddling with her nice and comfortable. Almost like watching a movie at home!

Only complaint may be that the drinks are pretty expensive ($5 for the regular), but I understand why since you can refill it as you wish, so it's a fairly small one.

Nope this is a disappointment. I have been going here for years but now it is dirty, like all places understaffed, the bathroom was horrible, and they need to look in on movies maybe then they can get people to stay off their phones. I am saddened that I think I will just stay at home and wait to watch movies from my house.

Will never go here again. No air condition on in the theater, I thought I was gonna suffocate. Everything was filthy and the bathrooms were disgusting.

Good theater that carries the latest releases. Tickets and concession prices are what you would expect. I get the Kids Combo. Best value for $8 bucks. Theaters and bathrooms were clean. Good place to see a movie.

For being a smaller theater in the area i actually like this theater alot more then some of the bigger ones in town. This location has turned into my go to cinema

Great Tueaday night special prices! It lacks in cleaning though, the bathrooms are always nasty, and the floors are sticky

Big comfy lounge chairs. Tables to put your snacks on. Even sitting in the front row is comfortable. Sound is fantastic.
If you are going to last show of the night you won't be able to get a refill on popcorn or drinks. They close the counter 15 minutes after movie starts
We sat with more than 1 hour left to the movie without popcorn or a drink.

Ah the post covid experience. This was a very great spot but it took a toll due to short staffing and covid. Not enough employees to clean theaters in between showings, only 1 working slushy machine at the time, the bar was closed, popcorn was stale, butter not soo good. Still paid full price for everything. I do appreciate it being open, still had a good time watching the movie.
Such a shame that people choose not to work anymore and businesses are going under. The imax in Center Valley is much better. This is still a decent spot just not what it used to be.

recently went to see morbius and I must say I was very pleased with the very spacious and large theater. It was so much more spacious then other theaters I have been to in the area which made the movie more enjoyable in every way. The staff members were all very kind and helpful and everything was clean and neat. I was very pleased and will definitely come more often to this AMC. I was very pleased and had a very enjoyable evening. Keep up the great work.

Love this theater. The seats are spacious and very comfortable. Sound system is perfect and the screens are very nice. The reason for 4 stars is when I was there I noticed the main walking areas inside needed to be kept up more and the ladies room needed attention. I understand when there is a large crowd things occur but there should be staff walking around looking and checking to be sure it is presentable. It felt a little understaffed and the staff I observed was just standing around. There seems to be lacking management leadership. Even if you are smaller than the bigger theaters you should shine even brighter to keep your current customers and attract new ones. I still love this theater for their great and comfy spacious seats.
