Place is huge, like mega huge.not so much that you'd get lost though. Doesn't have the super plush seats but they're a step up from the gradeschool auditorium. Screens are nice and big, snacks are expensive.

Saw Clifford great film. Great grandparents, grandma, uncle, and 3 kids 5-9. Everyone enjoyed it

The Dolby theatre sound and picture were great, however, I don’t think it’s worth the 18.50 price tag per ticket. Also as the movie began I found out my seat was non functional and not able to recline. I probably wouldn’t go to this theatre again unless a movie I really wanted to see was exclusively playing here.

The seats were uncomfortable with coats and food in hand. Overall we love the place. We enjoyed watching Ghostbusters afterlife premier AMC waterfront theater

Seats barely recline - definitely shouldn’t be called recliners! Glad we ordered food online because the lines were verrrrry long, however the pick up wasn’t clearly marked - and we were ignored for 5-7 minutes when we got to the counter. And the bathrooms - diisgusting. We will find a new theater.

Why do you charge a service fee for online purchase and call it a "Convenience Fee"? What a rip-off. When I buy tickets online it is more convenient for the theater because you get a guaranteed sale of the seat. Yet you charge me! This is why we're all going to HBO and streaming options.

Me and the kids love this theater! It's always clean, prices are good, promotions are family friendly, and the staff is nice! Also, the popcorn is usually fresh!

Love this theater.
Slept on it for a long while with my own home setup but finally split for a membership to their Stubs program. Can't beat it.
If you're an avid movie-goer, they have all the upgrades, 3d, imax, Dolby options for no up charge. You get three free a week.
The food remains expensive, and my only complaint is that they have lackluster staff manning their confessions. I've come in ready for snacks and seen lines all the way back to the empty box offices.
I know that staffing can be a challenge, but on some nights every hand should be on deck.
I heard there was a bar? Never seen it.
Used to be a coffee shop? I've seen it and it's sad to see it's gone.
Of the, what six kiosks that they can ring sales in the central hub and then another concessions stand available at either end? Instead we lump everyone into one pile in one line run by some of the weakest staff I've seen.
The popcorn has long been popped. You're not even filling drinks. Most folks use cards.
Im sorry but this is the only thing needing stepped up here.
I'd love to buy concessions but even ordering them in advance still has me waiting in a queue to even ask for my order.
Otherwise, there are some really wonderful women who run ticketing on either side. Both are friendly and pleasant and I'm happy to see them there.
Fire or retrain everyone else, including your upper management.

I’ve been standing outside for 20 mins… I’m trying to understand why lights are out and doors are locked. I have tickets

Great experience. 4 stars because in a movie theater with 10 guests, they allow folks purchasing tickets to sit 3 inches away from you when the whole place is empty. Luckily we could get up a move away from others.

This used to be a very nice movie theater with an upstairs restaurant area and bar. The upstairs has been closed off. And just like most movie theaters today the air conditioning is turned on during the some of the coldest weather. The seats are uncomfortable here. People are crammed in now. And for the prices they charge it’s better to just stream things at home.

Great location to see movies on a huge screen, and with an AMC A-List membership, they are still part of your 'free' movies every week!

House lights were left on for the entire film.
IMAX (theater #13) is just a regular screen with the audio turned up. Basic seats, nothing special or comfy. You could also easily hear the audio bass rumble from the theater next to it. Spend your $15 elsewhere.

Saw "Eternals" in Imax. Movie was fun. Seats comfortable. Most of the previews were deafeningly loud and somewhat disorienting; not the case for the feature film. $28 for hot dog, pretzel bites, small popcorn & small Coke.
