Terrible customer service over the phone. Pulling the entire family, alba or whatever her name is needs to have her calls pulled!

Great service for emergencies! I was seen same day with in an hour. Staff was pleasant and understanding. Was set up with an oral surgeon and on way to recovery.

I just started going to the office in Exeter Township.at Shelborne square. This place has great staff and customer service. I will never go to another dentist. Keep up the good work.

Super Friendly and efficient staff. Was in and out like nothing happened and with a Great big smile. And helped make something that seemed would be difficult financially, actually feasible?

I had a great experience today when I went here for an appointment. They were all very friendly and gave me a wonderful deal on my office visit because I didn't have dental insurance they accepted. I just wish they accepted my insurance so I could continue to go to their practice.

Went with pain and swelling and the staff was AMAZING! Diagnosis was on point and felt like they genuinely were looking out for my wellbeing. Can say enough great things about them.

American Dental Solutions of Exeter are a wonderful group of people. They treat you so very nice from the minute you walk in until the minute you leave. They listen to you and have gone above and beyond with me and my dental issues. I highly recommend!

I had to get a tooth extraction and the Doctor made sure the area was super numb before extracting. It was so quick and painless. Everyone was so great!

Had a broken tooth the night before. They were able to get me in, and taken care of the next day at my convience.

American Dental Solutions are definitely a great place for all your needs. I called with an emergency severe mouth pain and they gave me an appointment for the next day took care of me and I was out the door before it was even an hour. Also I was given some extra information that would benefit my dental plan by the front desk staff, jessica, was very professional and helpful. They will be my long time dentist as I feel very very comfortable there and they are very prompt on taking care of you. I recommend them to everyone. Thank you American Dental Solutions in Exeter! Please.do yourself a favor, this is a cookie cutter typical chain. NEVER FOLLOW A “ONE STOP SHOP”. Went to Trappe office in dire straits due to pain. I also have an autoimmune disease called Sjogrens that wrecks the body’s ability to create saliva. Which they are pretty clueless. They pressured me into pulling more than what was needed, rapidity took my money and yanked 5 teeth. They also pulled off an expensive crown while pulling a front tooth and could not give me any further answers if the fix was permanent or not. I ended up in the hospital three days later due to fever, extreme pain, swelling, another infection and had yet a sixth tooth pulled. When calling the office they totally gaslight my husband and I. Didn’t inform us they had put stitches yet told us that we didn’t listen at discharge. Told they stick to a script.exactly.since when is someone’s medical care in a script form? !? Everyone’s health needs are all different! No empathy, no care for how sick you may have become. This is BY FAR THE WORST PLACE EVER! It deserves ZERO STARS.

Awesome service from the front desk people to Dr. O'Niell and her staff. I never had to wait and they are very friendly and courteous. Had an upper plate made and it turned out perfect!

First visit was today. Excellent service by all. I would definitely recommend the Exeter office.

Still waiting on a refund for the work that I was over charged for. Have made several calls to resolve this and left several messages with no response.
