I was given more than one option for my dental needs, and had them all explained to me. This was all done AFTER they checked what my insurance would cover.
Plus we discussed what future options would be for each option.
I really appreciate that I was given choices, and not just told this is what must be done.

The staff were all friendly and professional. The Dentist that spoke to me told me pros and cons of what I need to do and gave me options.

Went to American Dental in Wyomissing, everyone was nice, the dental hygienist was great, even the Dentist stayed after examining my teeth to talk to me, had a very nice visit

Staff was very pleasant. They were able to repair my mother's dentures within 24 hours and price was fair. They provided information about obtaining new dentures but in no way made us feel obligated to purchase a new pair. Great service - thank you!

Today was my first time at the office. Welcomed as soon as I walked in. Staff very friendly. I loved Dr B. Wish she was going to be there all the time.

I used to hate the dentist because it was always painful. But I had my first 2 root canals here, and it was the most relaxing experience I've ever had at the dentist. The people here are really kind and they walked me thru the entire process of what they were doing as they the work. Best dentist I've ever been to.

The first visit being so long between approval from insurance and the appointment they missed the antithetic prescription. Can’t complain too much because the time between submitting insurance and getting a treatment plan. The appointment today went very well. Wait for the anesthesia they took me back at the scheduled time and went over and above what was to bone and did the work quickly and painlessly. I will be going back for more work

The reason I given a two star was how the ladies on the front treat people this was the first time there instead of saying good morning how are you how can I help you she asked me you owe 1500 of dollars didn't asked me if I had insurance or anything she was rude and she kept brush me off the dentist was nice but the aotsphere was cold and rude they said the first impression is everlasting I never going to fool there again they need to be kind and respectful and manner and humble because without customers you don't have a job

I actually drive an hour to come to this location. The staff is great, super nice.and I love the Dr Neil! He is thorough and really caring.he made sure I was OK and kept asking if I needed a break.you don't get that from others, they just want to get you done and out of the chair. I will continue to drive a hour to have him as my dentist!
