DO NOT go here! I’ve never cried or been in so much pain for dental work. The dentist was not experienced with numbing the area or putting on a crown. I spent 4 hours at my first appointment preparing for 2 crowns. When I shared the numbness wore off after 2 hours the dentist didn’t do anything and continued working on my teeth. I felt everything.

When I went back for my permanent crown she initially said it didn’t fit and would need to do it again. Changed her mind and put the crown in. Spent an hour trying to grind the crown since it kept hitting my other teeth. It was painful and brought tears to my eyes until I finally said I can’t take anymore. Now I have a crown that keeps hitting my other teeth. Beyond disappointed in my experience and the dentist ignoring the clear pain I was in. I hope she’s not able to do this to anyone else.

Arrived at the office for my appointment. I had an issue with the prices of the teeth but soon got that worked out. Dr. Fontana was my dentist and he was pleasant and took care of extracting my teeth. Dental Assistant explained all the directions to follow after my extractions and was very informative.

While attempting to schedule an appointment for wisdom teeth removal I was told directly by my insurance company that I had to go through my medical insurance first (due to it being a surgery, not regular dental work) and the receptionist argued against every single thing I had to say. She was just about the rudest receptionist I've ever had to deal with. I called three more places after this to find the shortest wait and guess what? Not a single issue with having to go through medical insurance first.

Twice had a cleaning scheduled and both time canceled but no phone call. Waited till I got there to tell us. Wont be going there again.

They are always missing something in the schedule or the schedule it self.it is a wast of time with this people. Never go back egain

Staff very friendly and professional. I had my teeth removed and temporary dentures which are ill fitted. My upper dentures as nothing that keeps them in place. I can not eat or drink or take my very important medication as the dentures fall down upon opening my mouth and obstruct my throat and mouth.

I didn't want to give any stars. I had an appointment this morning 3/22/23 @8am, showed up and the office wasn't even open and I wasn't notified at all.

Dr Steven Fontana was absolutely amazing! You can really tell he loves what he does! Went in for a partially impacted wisdom tooth. And between getting numbed and the tooth being out was maybe 10 minutes! The shot in the gums sucked but that’s expected everything else was superb from the receptionist to the dr himself! Rooms could have been alittle more private tho but I am not unhappy 5/5 rating

Staff was friendly. The office was busy but they did not rush us and took good care of my son. We really liked Dr. Pecson.

The staff are all very friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. The waiting area is very large, so there's always a seat available that isn't too close to others. You won't have to wait long either, as they call you back very close to tour appointment time. The inside is very clean, as it should be. Also, their prices are very good compared to other dentists! The parking lot is also pretty spacious.

Very bad customer service! From Latisha to telling me I can't make a appointment. This my 2nd chance with them. And they blew it!

Handled my concerns professionally when I was getting my filings done. Made me feel comfortable and answered my questions and that put me at ease. Thank you!

I had a tooth cap come off and was heading for Myrtle Beach. My regular dentist was closed so I tried ADS for help. They had an opening and it took longer to fill out the forms than the actual fixing procedure performed by the dentist. An amazingly low price for the service. Pleasant receptionist and dental tech. Thank you, very much.

Everything went well. Same quality service as I have been receiving.

Except the HVAC was broken, and it was cold in the office.

Very productive visit, told me what was to take place as I advance through procedures that I need done. Very friendly, enjoyed my first visit.

Extremely disorganized and zero lack of care or respect for people’s time. Appointment scheduled in December for a retainer fitting and after two months they just realized they made the wrong retainer for the procedure. It is very difficult for people to take time off of work and the procedure had to be rescheduled due to their mistake. Very disappointed with overall service.

I am new to this practice and have been here twice so far. Overall it's a good experience - staff are friendly, the hygienists and dentists are knowledgeable and are nice.

It's overall a solid experience, and they accept my insurance, which is great.

Also, the waiting room is huge. I would hope they would never need to use all of those chairs!

Great experience yesterday with my visit to American Dental Solutions. The staff was courteous, friendly and most efficient.

This was my first visit. I had to change for insurance reasons. The staff greeted me. The hygienist explained everything. The Dentist was very nice. I am glad they are my new Dental Office
