It was just a cleaning/checkup. Everyone is very friendly and professional. Kris was a new hygienist for me, yet I felt very comfortable with her.

I had a dental emergency on labor day weekend. My anxiety levels were high knowing that previous dental appointments at other offices were often months away.imagine to my surprise when I secured an appointment that very morning in less than an hour. The customer service was excellent even better was the procedure to relieve my pain and the Dr.who performed it. I was in and out of the clinic so quickly that it kinda felt surreal. Very real people no scammers or fake folks. Thanks guys already recommended you guys to my friends who still have their own teeths. Oxox

Knowledgeable team, courteous, and helped fixed a dental issue (cracked tooth and infected - they even deemeditan emergency) from another office. I was told I had to wait to be seen by the oral surgeon from a different company" they work with" which wouldn't be until July. Not even offer antibiotics for the infection. Which meant I would have to be in pain with a infected broken tooth for a month.
American Dental moved fast and advocated on my behalf to help get me relief and help necessary.
They never wasted my time. In and out, yet listened when I needed someone to understand I was in pain.
I can't thank them enough.

I was in alot of pain they took me the next day I had my wisdom teeth pulled out had to be put asleep they were kind and made me feel comfortable good place

Jody took care of my daughter, Gina, treating her for an infection in her mouth. My daughter is developmentally disabled and is 52 years old. Jody was great with Gina treating her with dignity, empathy and humor. Jody was amazing. You are lucky to have her at American Dental Solutions.

I have never had more luck with dental work. Everything they do at American Dental just seems to work. In the past, I have had root canals not work, crowns not work, and fillings seem to last too short at other places in Berks County. I've went to two locations and each location for American Dental has made the dental work stick. Also, the oral surgeon is solid for extractions and implants. Lucky to find them. Been with them for a while now.

Very informative, courteous, and professional team. I have been to bad dentist offices before where I felt judged, and scammed unfortunately. I only realized how bad they were after I came here where I felt safe and cared by a knowledgeable and experienced team that was focused on making me healthier. The entire visit honestly felt like there is a system in this office that is designed to give patients/clients effective, smooth, and personable experience.

Went in with very damaged tooth and in severe pain, was seen quickly then they squeeze me in to have them removed my tooth that was causing me so much pain. They didnt have a slot but they got me in. No more pain. They also set me up with a plan to have some other work. I feel the price they quoted was very and very reasonable for dental work.

Beth Clymer- I just had dental surgery with American Dental Solutions in Kenhorst. In the past I have had a lot of trauma from other dental experiences. Their staff was so awesome. All my fears were put to rest, and all my questions were answered. I have had minimal pain and look forward to having a great set of teeth again. Jillian was great to work with, and talked me through my treatment plan, as well as payment options. So glad I made the switch!

Staff and Doctor were very professional and knowledgeable. They treated my husband Larry Ziegler with respect and took the time to listen to his concerns. He has been to many dentists office in the last few years and has been disappointed. But today he left the office feeling very comfortable and respected. Thank you American Dental:)

Haven’t been to the dentist in a while, and was finally able to get in. First off everyone was very sweet and nice the receptionist was very helpful over the phone. Jody was amazing she explained everything to me and was so sweet, the other dentist (can’t remember his name my apologies) was awesome as well. Just a great experience overall definitely will stick with American dental.

I was in a lot of pain. My Dentists office said they couldn't see me for 4 days. I called American Dental. Got an appt right away. Everyone was so nice. I had Dr Runkle. Found out I had a cracked tooth and I am going back for an extraction. Got the prescriptions I needed. Didn't know they had an oral surgeon on site. How great is that! Even checking out and scheduling with Leo was great. They will be my "Family Dentist" from now on. THANK YOU AMERICAN DENTAL

Very professional and quick! All the doctors and nurses are very nice and make you feel welcomed. Thanks for extracting both of my wisdom teeth!

I was taken back quickly and explained in detail of the service they are providing and got my next appointment before leaving. I was done there within half an hour. Very kind and they asked if I had any questions. I said no and when I left I knew I went to the right place.

HORRIBLE! AVOID! I went there for the first time today, evidently they tell you when you make the appointment that you need your referral. I was in so much pain that I did not catch that, The inundate you with text messages until your appointment and say nothing more about a referral being needed everything else though, when I asked about it I got a snarky remark about how I only brought half the information they requested everything's done online these days so they can sit in there and play on their phones. Find a real oral surgeon not a huge corporation where you're just another number and they don't care about how you get treated.
