I came in to order scrubs for my new job and the staff were very helpful and professional. JL was very helpful as she took the time to help me find scrubs that fit me well and look professional. I asked her to give me her honest opinion if the uniform looked and fit right and she help with sizing and made brand recommendations that would look good. JL was very kind and made the shopping experience pleasurable. Will definitely do more business with ADU.

Pamela is frankly the rudest person I have met in retail. She had an attitude with me, the store associate, and the customers the entire time. The only reason I was respectful was because I was in a good mood and needed my exchange processed. She tried to find a reason not to do it every step of the way (I had unopened packaging and the invoice for the order and was within the allotted time frame). Ultimately the exchange was processed and there was a $1.99 shipping fee. I pulled out my card and she literally snorted at it and said "I can't take that for 1.99". A customer was not even 2 ft away from her and asked a very simple question and she pretended not to hear her at all. It was almost like a comedy sketch with how bad she was. I hope she gets relieved of her duties, as she clearly hates working with people.

Update: ADU reached out to me via email and apologized for my experience. I came back to pick up my order about a week later and Pamela had completely changed her tune and was very pleasant and accommodating. Would consider coming back.

I ordered a Christmas gift for my daughter a couple days before Thanksgiving and it never arrived until January 4th. This really is not appreciated

They have good uniforms and will help you out with your selection if you're not sure of what to get. I go there often and the people are nice.

American Discount Uniform is great, great employees, great uniforms; I've been buying uniforms from American Discount Uniform for over 5 years. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you guy's.

When your employer makes you where monochromatic sheets to work and the snarky lady, who knows more about what she has in stock than one could ever imagine, helps you find ones that make you look more human and less bedding.

I was warmly welcomed over the weekend and provided excellent service to find the appropriate brand for my uniform. I will go back without a doubt and I highly recommend! Their prices are very reasonable as well might I add ;-)

Staff was extremely helpful in finding the color and size of scrubs I needed. They asked about my fabric preferences and put in an order immediately when they didn’t have my size. The Bloomfield storefront is small but nice and well organized. Get your scrubs here!
