I went there and i wasnt even from up there and everyone was very polite and i got these really nice pear of ripped white jeans for a great price

I had to return a hoodie that I bought online for my son for Christmas and all of the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. It was my 1st time going inside this AE store and I'll definitely go back again. I do most of my clothes shopping online because I hate the crowds and had a lot of bad experiences with retail staff, especially at outlets, but this store was great!
