I frequently shop here for theatrical productions. They have great prices, clean items, and a great selection. The check out employees are very nice and quick!

Tried to drop off a donation as I have many times before and the woman in charge, came outside 9 min after 5 yelling at me that it would be considered illegal dumping.
Now, I understand it was after 5. I drove from bridgewater and rushed over here on my only day off in a month, tried to calmly explain that to them and donate rather than throw away. There was no reasoning and in fact when I went inside to speak to someone she came and found me and in front of other customers was wildly inappropriately rude and does not know how to speak to people.

Poor person to be handling the very thing that keeps them in operation.donations.

Too expensive. $20 for a pair of used jeans without tags? Plato’s closets prices aren’t even that high. Nothing good here either so don’t even waste your time. It’s just a bunch of rude and obnoxious teenage scavengers who resell clothing… maybe that’s the reason the prices have skyrocketed… this used to be the best local thrift store but now it’s just garbage

Website says store closes at 6pm. Arrived at 5: 45pm and they wouldn't let me in the store saying they were closed. Was there two other times and they announced the store closed at 5: 45pm. Bad management in my opinion. Will not be returning there.

Depends sometimes you have good finds. Tend to be high priced unless you get what is on sale for the day you go.

I love shopping and American family to go to the store get you nothing kind of deal you're going to get

Great thrift store with a huge selection of everything. But a vintage Coke bottle from Atlanta as well as some sweet ties. I highly recommend. Don't forget to get your receipt stamped in the back as you got one free dollar for every $5 you spend. Sunday's white tag sales 10 for under 10 at 50 cents is a super sweet deal!

You know I've been going to the store since it opened up years ago and I know that the pandemic has hit everyone but this store is still going and it's going strong if you're looking for anything or nothing visit this store because I'm sure you're going to find something. I can't say it's always going to happen but I walked in and bought a pair of earrings and I paid $2 for them I took them to a jeweler and they were 14 karat gold and they were solid diamonds for $2 now I didn't walk in there looking for it but I found it in a lot of times I've gone to that store over the years and I've found gold it just has to be something you're not looking for me I'm always looking for earrings toys furniture books everything and anything please go and visit it you won't be disappointed.

It has some good finds, however the customers try to run you over on Sundays. Never have seen rude people like this in my life. Also, I noticed an incredibly high turn over in staff over the years. They can't keep an employee at the register for more then a week. Everytime I go in the store, it's different people working there.and as stated, to e rudeness of the shoppers is beyond BIZARRE. It's like they are trying to fight for something that is not worth the time. Also a nasty smell, and they don't wash the clothes prior to putting them on the racks.

Great prices on the merchandise. Lots of variety. Decent quality. Drop off is easy and a man is often there to help with larger items.

Was my favorite Store for a very long time. Recently me and some of my girlfriends living in the area have commented the "HIKE" in their prices. Ridiculous! Their clothes are quite used. And some of their prices are becoming absurdly high for the quality there! I am on the lookout for some other place now.

Basically anything from A-Z books, men's, women's and kids clothes, shoes, hats, belt's, jewelry furniture, appliances, household items, ect. Also pretty much anything in between l, check ️ it out I'm not only a reviewer, I also work for the company too.

We used to go there time to time just to browse or see.
Prices are not too friendly for used items especially if they are in very good condition, but anyway great things can be found as well especially after prices being reduced.

My main reason for giving 1 star is not the prices, but the tall female manager or owner. She prices the items. Today we saw a marble top side table we were very seriously interested in and we asked for a price for it. The table was on the floor on the selling section. That female manageror owner was SOOO MEAN. She said with very mean and harsh voice and in very rude way that she won't price the table if we are standing right there and waiting. She said she was busy and she will price after we leave the area. She repeated that few times. We got offended a bit and went to another section to give her time. We came back in about 7-10 minutes, but still was no price and we just left, we lost interest and didn't feel like buying anything anymore.
1st of all why not priced item is on the selling section of the store?
2. If you are good customer service and if even you had morning or someone made you angry why do you take off on others?
3. Even if item unpriced on selling section and you need time to price it ask nicely something like: " Guys, sorry we forgot to price it. I'm busy on something else right now. Please give me 10-15 minutes and meanwhile please visit other sections of the store".
This way we wouldn't have felt treated disrespectfully and the store wouldn't lose customers and everyone would've been cool.
I don't think we will be go there again.
Good customer service is a key these days to keep customers.
Disappointed

For a thrift shop,
Prices sure aren’t very thrifty. I have seen things brand new cheaper for some of the stuff. I would call this more of a resale shop then a thrift shop. Every now and then you’ll find something great though. Also, every time I go in there it seems like the Managers belittling the employees And right where the customers can see and hear it. I wouldn’t wanna work there because they seem kind of mean

Good place to find quite a bit of clothes shoes and super discounts on furniture. I've been going there for years and it never disappoints. Just wish they had a bigger electronic section! But over all a great place.

Usually a decent amount of interesting finds. Lately though they have been pricing certain items as if they're in pristine conditions and being sold on eBay.
