I had a poor experience, I spoke with the Curtis and he was very unprofessional. If your store does not assemble I think you should provide the customer with that information. I'm going to cancel my order and have them take the refrigerator back and take my business else where. I don't even want to give a star to this company

Two days before Thanksgiving my refrigerator dies! I go into American Freight the day before Thanksgiving and was able to purchase a new one with same day delivery! The place literally saved Thanksgiving! The store manager Danielle is awesome, patient and very helpful. They also have amazing warranties. Will definitely be buying all of my appliances from here from now on! Thanks again Danielle!

We talked to a guy named Bud who was very helpful. We spent several hours in the store and catered to all our questions while we were deciding on a bunch of furniture. Danielle, the manager, also helped us out with a few problems we were having and was very considerate in how to assist us. Normally don't write reviews (or very selective) and this was worth our visit.

So our visit to american freight was FANTASTIC! We were looking for a bedroom set and we were able to find what we were looking for but all the pieces were split between different stores Danielle from the Bridgeville location worked with Larry from the Carnegie location and Kaitlyn from the Penn Hills location to make sure we got all the pieces we needed and at the price we wanted it was a great experience and we will definitely be back.

I purchased a fridge about a month ago. Their delivery service had issues and I was called and promised delivery for the next day (Friday) and someone would reach out soon. Never heard back. When I called on Friday to ask about delivery I was told the next delivery was Nov 4,3 weeks after the original delivery date. When I asked questions and was upset, I was yelled at the the salesman hung up the phone. Unacceptable. Now, the store will not take my call. Extremely unprofessional. I need my fridge, I’ve already waited almost a month for delivery and it is never okay to just hang up on a customer.

I love this store. Danielle went above and beyond and we got a great deal on a washing machine. Do hard to find these days but they got what you need here.
