Kelah is awesome! If you go into this store please ask for him! He is very helpful and has a smile on his face the whole time. I never felt like I was a bother to him for asking so many questions. I purchased an order at another American freight location I showed him my slip and he showed me the mattress I bought for my son which was not the one I thought I purchased. He helped me fix that order and got everything delivered to me three days earlier than the other location. Just a wonderful experience and will return and ask for Kelah for any future purchases.

Great customer service an item was not delivered so I called the store to let them know, for I thought I was going to get the run around like most stores do. But I didn't the agents was on point they where into me and getting my merchandise I was able to come and pick up with no hassle I would keep coming back.

I've made 4-5 big purchases at American Freight now. This time I worked with a great sales rep names Preston. I was looking for a good recliner since I just had surgery and he was patient while I hobbled around the store trying out everyone. Great service, great product, and you can't beat the same day/next day delivery! Don't go to Big Lots or Levin. This is the best all around for total value. Thank you Preston!
