From the moment I walked in to open a new account to the moment I left, which was about 15 minutes later, I was treated by professionals! I definitely made the right choice!

I have been.a member of this credit union for over 40 years. It still saddens me that they refuse to be fair in their treatment of people of color. I am not able to get any type of loan from them outside of an auto loan. The staff treat me with indifference and scorn. All the employees need to have a customer service class. Only positive thing that I can say is that this treatment of minorities is not exclusive to AHFCU, it is pandemic through the financial industry. Shame on you all!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff person helped me by setting up a high yield savings account which I was unaware of. I had come into the bank to simply deposit a check, and left with a much better interest rate on that money!

After not being approved over the internet for my checking account I came into American Heritage Credit Union and received the best service from Christina and was able to open my checking and savings account. She also looked into saving me money and gaining rewards. I was beyond impressed with my service and would recommend anyone to go into this branch. She did not rush me or try to get me in and out. We had a great organic conversation and was able to get everything done in a timely manner. Thank you again Christina.

They were unable to enter my address correctly in their system when I first set up my account, so now I have to make a special trip to correct it; who knows where my statements have ended up in the meantime. If they can't transcribe a members' address correctly, who knows how inept they are with everything else.

This institution is not small business friendly in my opinion. I had to go another institution for financial services.

I've been with them since 1990 roughly and have always been treated good my first credit card came from them my first car finance came from them has done a very good job with customer service has been all around great financial institution to work with

They are so helpful and if they do not have an answer, they will work their hardest to find the answer. They are always focused on the helping their members get the best result for their requests. Thank You! To each and every one of you that helped me out with my debt consolidation, I finally have a weight lifted off my shoulders!

American Hertiage is my best credit union. The assistance manager at 26th Huntington Park was very nice. Everytime I go there to do business they are very nice. I will continue to do my loans and mortgage and credit card there. They are really helpful and have great rates!

The customer support phone line is HORRIBLE. I've been a member for 15 years and after this service I'll be closing all my accounts
