We worked with Louis for a loan on a truck camper. He kept in touch with us during the process and we were in and out within a half hour after doing the paperwork. He was a pleasure to work with.

I immediately felt very comfortable with the lovely young woman at the reception desk. She listened to my tale of woe and didn't judge me in any way. She truly consoled me.
A man came out of his office to help with completely shutting down my account, very professional.
All three people were very professional and made me feel much better.

Phenomenal bank. In this day and age when most banks are cold and soulless centers treating customers like numbers, American heritage is the total opposite. The staff is kind and helpful. They truly care about their customers. It operates like neighborhood business, caring about their customers as neighbors, families, and people. Chris Doran, the assistant manager is amazing. The world needs more people like him in it. And needs more banks and businesses like this in it.
